One of my friends has two certified service dogs and the store owner came out the back of the store and told my friend the dogs had to be under control. When we both tried to inform him the dogs were under control he said they had to be on a leash. We both tried to explain to the store owner, the ADA law does not specify being on a leash but only under the control of the (dogs) owner, the store owner asked my friend to leave. This business needs to be boycotted as not veteran friendly

To be fair, the shop did make multiple attempts to call me to come pick up the firearm, and I take responsibility for not getting there sooner. It simply wasn't a priority at the time. What I did not realize was that after 60 days, they can sell the firearm if it has not been picked up. They do disclose this policy on their website, so I want to be clear about that. However, because I purchased the firearm elsewhere and only had it shipped to this shop, I never had a reason to visit their website or review their terms and conditions. My biggest disappointment is that during the multiple attempts they made to contact me, no one ever communicated something as simple as, "If you don't pick up your firearm by this date, it will be sold." Had I known that, I obviously would have made picking it up a priority. So they did sell my rifle. So while I acknowledge that they attempted to reach me and that the policy is posted online, I think a much better customer experience would be to clearly communicate the 60-day deadline directly before selling someone's firearm. Just something to be aware of if you're having a firearm transferred here: make sure you understand their pickup policy and don't assume they'll specifically warn you before the deadline.

I have purchased a rifle and a suppressor and have had a trigger job and a cleaning done on an old rifle. There have been some delays, but there are also things to consider, i.e. childbirth, and the fact that their website is not only their stock but, also, their distributors. My grandfathers .270 had loading issues on the line and the RO called the smith and fixed it right there. My 1911 popped the roll pin out of the front sight post. I took it to the gunsmith, and he reseated it and flanged it...free of charge. If you want absolute perfection look to the Bible. If you want a gun range that will discuss load development; fix the minor issues immediately; and acknowledge you as a shooter trying to tighten up groups, then here you go. Never shot a bow here...I have a gun.

After placing said order, I went to the store to pick it up. Mind you, it wasn't a firearm, but a simple scope mount. Instead of fixing the issue, I was not provided any solutions, just a "you should cancel because our stock was wrong." No ship to home, no call when it is available, just a "you're out of luck" response. I don't think it's unreasonable to be treated more than just another number here to buy something. But instead, I just get brushed off to the side like I'm trash.

Matt's operation--passion, integrity, customer service, and pricing put it levels above the rest......the way my dad ran his operation for 50-years. They haven't jacked prices up during the entire COVID pandemic. As a result, their ammo sells out fast. In March 2021, they had 200 rounds of 9mm for $70/box. Why? They are good people who stick to their ethos of treating the customer right. When buying a suppressor, Thomas spent time with me showing me various options for my purpose. After selecting the suppresor and attachements, I paid for the items, digitally filed necessary paper work, took digital fingerprints, uploaded my photo and was out the door in 35 minutes. Their Silencer Co. kiosk and helpful assistance made this possible. Their pricing on the Sightmark Wraith is only $10 more than the cheapest price you will find on Amazon or Ebay. Another example of their business ethos on honest price markup and treating the customer right. Want to sell a gun? No one can match their consignment % fee. Purchase on line and transfer to them--I know of no lower transfer fee. Good selection of pistols from the decades old steel frame Star 9mm (in original box) to the latest GLOCKs, they have it.

-UPDATE- (still 2 stars)…read more I received the console safe on 08/21/2023. I'm ultimately disappointed in the design for this one. A "safe" generally is a self-contained, reinforced box. The last safe I bought from them (2016 Tundra) was just that; a steel box with plates on all sides that bolted into the bottom frame. It was great. The description for this item on the website says : "Safe covers the whole console from the bottom to just under the lip of the console." What I waited 3 months for is a beautifully crafted top frame, lid, and latch from a safe. They also provide small plates that cover a partial area on either side, but that's really just to support the lid and keep it in place. Self tapping screws go into the console's plastic base for those... I understand a drop-in design wasn't possible for this truck if you want to retain the whole console volume. But for f%*k's sake, provide a plate for the back side of the console at least. Pop off the rear vent trim panel, and a thin plastic wall separates the cruel world from your valuables. You'd be inside that safe in minutes. Now that I just told you how to break into my console, read on. Maybe I'm being too harsh, and maybe I just don't like the design for this truck because I was spoiled with a full-fledged box safe previously. I don't know, but I do know there is ALWAYS a way to make something better. This, my friends, is one of those circumstances. Update the description and pictures of this safe, Lock'er Down. Show your customers what they are paying for. Also, tell them how long they're going to wait for it with certainty.

I tried to dust her off and clean the barrel with my gun kit, but didn't do a good job. I stuck my baby in the drawer and after a month or so, sliding the chamber became difficult and you could audibly hear the crunching of the sand. One of my military friends was able to clean her a bit more while scolding me and said to get her professionally cleaned. I searched Google and Jeff's Gun shop popped up near me on De Zavala. As we entered the shop, Jeff's warm smile greeted me first and of course I was proud to see the military and police emblems proudly displayed about. Being a little rusty on my weapon, Jeff Gave me a lesson on my Kimber, as well as, a discussion on the sand in my weapon. ( Sand Not Allowed) slowly downcast eyes.... He promised me that he could restore her to new and get her to the performance she was designed for. I explained that I wanted a weapon with less recoil and he recommended I try Nardis for the "Practice and Purchase" feature. I left my baby in good hands and followed his advice and headed to Nardis. I did in fact purchase a Smith and Wesson that weekend after practicing on several different weapons. Today, I picked up my baby and was amazed at the photos of the rust that invaded my weapon. In her former state, I would not have been confident that she would be able to fire correctly. Jeff took her apart and cleaned every bit of rust and sand from her interior. The care and attention to detail was evident as I slid the chamber back and forth and didn't hear a crunching sound. My baby was clean and restored to her former Glory! Thank you Jeff for taking care of my girl! This Soldier appreciates you and I Promise I'll never let her get that bad again.
