BLUF: Whether you're looking for accessories or guns, they have it and treat you right. My go-to gun store in San Antonio. Matt's operation--passion, integrity, customer service, and pricing put it levels above the rest......the way my dad ran his operation for 50-years. They haven't jacked prices up during the entire COVID pandemic. As a result, their ammo sells out fast. In March 2021, they had 200 rounds of 9mm for $70/box. Why? They are good people who stick to their ethos of treating the customer right. When buying a suppressor, Thomas spent time with me showing me various options for my purpose. After selecting the suppresor and attachements, I paid for the items, digitally filed necessary paper work, took digital fingerprints, uploaded my photo and was out the door in 35 minutes. Their Silencer Co. kiosk and helpful assistance made this possible. Their pricing on the Sightmark Wraith is only $10 more than the cheapest price you will find on Amazon or Ebay. Another example of their business ethos on honest price markup and treating the customer right. Want to sell a gun? No one can match their consignment % fee. Purchase on line and transfer to them--I know of no lower transfer fee. Good selection of pistols from the decades old steel frame Star 9mm (in original box) to the latest GLOCKs, they have it. read more

The guys at the Bulverde store are the best. Every person there was gracious and helped others with problems and favors that most shops would just shrug their shoulders. I bought a consignment gun, a really nice .270 WSM Sako. I visited twice before purchasing the gun. Cory was super courteous and answered all of my questions. He mad the process easy and made sure I had something hung to put the rifle in as I live over 350 miles from the store. I will definitely buy from this store again! Couldn't have asked for more professionalism from a gun store staff! read more

I have been to the Nee Braunfels Location and liked it super nice employees and had a great selection. Went to The Boerne Location and they were even more Awesome had an issue and Cody helped me and it was exactly what I wanted! 10/10 on pricing , customer service, and being helpful and knowledgeable. Will be doing more purchases with them. Highly Recommend. read more

Just bought my 1st suppressors here and can't tell you how easy they made the process! Super knowledgeable guys and walked me through the process step by step and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointments. Was at one of the larger gun shops in town the week before and the guy told me at least a 2 hour process and you will not get any product till after the 1st of the year. Way better customer service at A&A and would highly recommend!!! read more

Great guys to work with. Prices are competitive and their inventory is good. A bit of a drive from San Antonio but happy I found them.

Went in here to look at handguns and the salesman walked with me from one side of the store to the other and back as I was looking at guns in the case. Didn't say a word, just watched me like a hawk. As if I was going to steal something. Very aggressive and not cool as a woman considering buying a gun. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Love Armed in America. They are very knowledgeable, they are honest, and they have reasonable pricing. All you can ask for in a gun shop. I've bought several guns and had gun smithing work done here. Never had 1 issue. Keep up the good work read more

Matt, Cody and the crew at Armed in America are absolutely the best gun store in Texas. From buying firearms, to trading them in, or even building my lower, they are 100% up front and honest. They do not price gouge customers and are transparent and thorough through the entire process of a transaction. There is no pompous attitude in this store, from hunting gear, pistols and tactical gear. They are genuinely good people. It's safe to say that after moving back to Houston next month, all my new builds/buys will be through Armed in America and I'll be driving 3 hours to do so. These LGS that uphold this integrity in the firearms community are very rare these days. read more

Just picked up my 3rd gun from theses guys this year! What a great set of employees they have. I went in today to trade in two pistols and buy a new Glock 19. However they happened to have a Glock 19 MOS used in great condition for a solid price (for 2020 haha). They gave me a good offer on my trade in XD and XDs too! $230 out the door for my new Glock a OWB holster and some ammo, win! .29/rd for 124/9mm btw, in September 2020! Great customer service, they are always willing to walk with me about guns and don't rush me along on decisions, even when it's obvious I'm not gonna buy anything that trip. read more

As a new gun owner, they all made me feel welcome & valued. Everyone in their staff is phenomenal & kind, especially David & Thomas who helped me directly. Matt, Charles, & Cody are also all awesome. These guys are very professional & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store to anyone. They have great prices as well while other stores have heavy markups. Buying a 2nd gun from them and will definitely buy my 3rd here as well. read more

The gunsmithing services are top notch. They reblued a H&R Folding shotgun of mine and the final product exceeded my expectations. My father was a master gun engraver and this was his first gun to engraved back in the 60's. I plan on doing more business with the shop in the future. Don't hesitate to use them! read more

I was in the store this morning and traded in a rifle to put towards another rifle in store. The staff was very fair in their evaluation of my trade in and even went into explanation of how their pricing works. At no point did I feel cheated or taken advantage of. Staff helped me find a new rifle that fits my new needs at a very reasonable price. They even installed a new sling mount while my paperwork cleared. I will absolutely do business here in the future. I drove over an hour to get to the shop at the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed. read more

Don't buy a gun here unless you trust technology. Filled out the ATF form 4473 using one of their computers and I couldn't purchase a firearm because even though I triple checked my answers, somehow it changed my answer for "have you ever renounced your citizenship?" from no to yes. I love this country and I'm a big patriot, you can probably tell from my profile picture, so I would never renounce my citizenship. So if you want your firearm purchase to go smoothly, then purchase it from a store that uses the paper forms. read more

Extremely helpful and informative staff! Wasn't sure if I was going with a shotgun or pistol and they took all the time I needed to show me everything they had to offer and educate me on it! Definitely a place I have and will continue to recommend to people! Thanks guys! read more

Out of the 5 different gun stores and gun show I visited yesterday this was the ONLY one to carry what I was looking for and at a lower price then anywhere else that " had" it . Matt one of the people that worked there pick up the phone confirmed they had what I needed in stock , then even put it aside for me and held it till I got to the location. Prices on ARs were amazing ! Can't wait for my Next purchase from Armed In America !! read more

So Armed in America Firearms clearly knows they have the market cornered in my local area and the employees act like complete a$$holes. Seriously, the customer service is horrible! Went there about two months ago for a few 9mm rounds and they tried to upsell me on new pistol - whoa! Seriously, this was next level unprofessional when all I wanted was a few boxes of steel. They should have kept it simple - sorry no we're out and our next truck is expected on xxx date. Today was the absolute worst experience, truly unimaginable and this will be my last time visiting - I'll invest the time and energy to head over to Academy. When I entered the store I headed straight over to the counter with all the pistols and rounds - I know what I want. Unfortunately, they only had one person was working, and he was on the phone. He motioned with his hands - 1 minute and confirmed back with a thumbs up (yes, I'm stand literally 4ft from the guy). Again, no one was in the store except the two of us. About two-three minutes later another individual entered the store and a second employee magically appears. This employee CLEARLY SEES ME and proceeded to help the individual. The guy ask for 9mm and 45mm and the employee takes the last two boxes of 45mm off the shelf and gives them to the guy! I looked at the employee on the phone with a WTF look and he just shrugged his shoulders. Then, like little mutating leprechauns a third employee appears and I tell him what happened and he gives the old - I do t know what to do look - they don't pay me enough to think on this job. This place lacks all professionalism and common sense regarding the basics of customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you avoid this place and save yourself the headache. Response to owner... Seriously, you had three employees and they 'lost track of two (2) adults/customers in a little store front (me and the guy that walked in about two minutes later) and I clearly called them out on it and they still had a confused 'I don't know what to do...' look with no verbal ability to respond... But, you want me to trust you with my prized investments or make an every day purchase... that's a BIG 'HELL NO!!!' If your a current or potential future customer. You can clearly see the lack of competence is evident from the top down. 'CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!' read more

The guys in the shop know what theyre talking about. Its the only place I go for all my firearm goodies. Bout to go pick a rifle up from their gunsmith....always in good hands! read more

This establishment requires you have an account and wants your DL's before you can do business with them. I totally understand contact information which is why I provided my full name, ph number and offered to pay in advance. The place wants your Drivers License. Not to buy a firearm, but for anything. Totally ridiculous invasion of privacy- you would think a gun store would understand that. You don't need my DL to buy a part or perform a service! Total invasion of privacy. Recommend you stay away! read more

Good selection of rifles and pistols. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Convenient location in Nee Braunfels with parking.

Excellent business, very friendly and knowledgeable about their field. Good prices and inventory.

Needed a gunsmith for an issue with my pistol. They knew immediately what the issue probably is. They seem to really know their stuff and a very personable and provide great service. I have a new favorite gun shop and the bonus is, it is much closer to the house than the 'other' one that shall not be named. read more

Armed in America is a top notch gun shop. I've been going here for a while now since discovering it was very close to my home and couldn't be happier with the service and pricing. My wife and I arrived at this store after calling around looking for a fair deal. They never had what we wanted in the store, but they had it sent to them the next day. Nice people and not the whole "Thank you for shopping have a nice day" - with a fake smile. They are honest down to earth people who are helpful with good advice. Good prices for what they have and asking for. Highly recommend them and will be buying from them again. read more

Great place! Bought my first gun today, and Barry took all the time to help me and answer all my questions. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. Great to have them in the neighborhood! read more

Want to give these guys an excellent rating. Purchased a piece of crap of a firearm (RI) in 10 mm. I mean crappy, the guys sent the firearm back to the company and it was return, still crappy product. The guys at the store took it upon themselves and fix all the faults, because they care about customer service. I want to make sure you guys get credit for doing something I know other stores would have never done. Thank you again. read more
