When I arrived, all techs were busy, which was fine, and I waited for over 20 minutes before they led me to the pedi chair, where the water was filling. I must have waited almost an hour in the pedi chair for someone to begin with me - the water got cold. My tech made my toe bleed cutting too deep into the cuticle, which was a bummer. And then the same happened with two fingers. I asked her not to trim my cuticle base because it gives me hangnails, and she did anyway, so here I am a week later with ragged nails. I will say - the gel polish itself is holding up well but my fingers and toes felt wrecked, not rejuvinated after these treatments. It was a bummer because the women running the business seem very friendly. I also sat in this shop long enough to notice it needs a serious deep clean - dust and nail residue abound and it would be much nicer after a total once-over. All this said, they seemed to have a loyal clientele as there was a trickle of visitors over the long stretch of time that I was there. With tweaks, this could be a spot worth returning to, but it was a disappointment on this visit.

I informed the nail tech I was getting engagement photos at the start of the appointment. I got to my nail appointment 10 minutes early and I asked for 3 coats. She said okay with no reservation or hesitation. I then allowed for my nails to dry for over 25 minutes at their salon. She sent me off. I live 5 mins away and my nails all completely smudged. I had to cancel my other plans for the afternoon and return to get my nails redone a second time. Now, it has been almost 2 hours (for a simple non gel, non dip manicure). I ask to speak to the manager due to my displeasure with the service. He explained they don't like to "push their customers to not get 3 coats". Aren't they the experts when it comes to nails? Second time around, I chose a different color (thinking maybe the first one I chose was just an older polish) and only 2 coats. My nails have STILL smudged. I should've just bought my own nail polish and done my own nails. Will NOT be returning.

I made a random comment about it being nice out just to talk to her and she rolled her eyes and mumbled. I think Lee felt bad and answered for her. She did a mediocre job and sent me on my way without even saying goodbye. I left her a tip just out of kindness. I hope her day was better. Also, this is the second time I had her do my nails. She was the same way the first time. I was hoping it was a bad day, but apparently it is her normal. 3 stars for cleanliness, and prices - and for Sally and Lee. That's it.

NEVER COME HERE! They stole my money! Never coming again!…read more This shop is extremely disappointing, I came here the other day to get my nails done and it was horrible. The man did them, and as much as I respect how kind they can be to their clients, the work he did was sloppy! It felt rushed, the sizes didn't match, there were dents and lumps of paint all around including under my nails, and the design looked like a child did them. He says he's been in the business for 10 years, but the outcome doesn't look like it, he even had to ask another coworker to do this one design he didn't know how to do. I got home crying because they looked ridiculous. I came there to get a beautiful set and I left very unhappy... I came by the next day informing him that I didn't like my nails, that I wanted them removed and I wanted my money back, but he tried to convince me to get them redone there instead. I didn't want that, but he refused to give me my money back. He went on to explain to me and my mother why he "couldn't do that" all because of rent. Yes I get that prices are high but you have other customers coming in eventually and I'm not one to return so quickly... I can tell his pride got in the way, but hey if he thinks he's so good then he should talk to the people who complained about him to the nail salon across the street. I've been working with nail tech for 5 years now and my stepmother even longer, and none of our work looks like the work he puts out, it's ridiculous. Don't ever come here unless you want to waste money!
