The lady at reception was kind and explained everything with the paperwork and made that very easy. The lady that took care of getting me ready for surgery. - Janice was lovely, made me feel very relaxed and was easy to talk to, a great person! The anaesthesia team were great and the nurse that I spoke with before surgery. After my procedure I felt very comfortable, I was given lovely warm blankets and a popsicle, the post staff were equally as lovely and made sure I got a ride home! Finally Dr. Wani was FAB.
