Dr. Rizvi is EXTREMELY patient, as she took her time to go over our old and current reports. She showed genuine compassion, concern and was helpful in providing a detailed treatment plan for us. She is quick to reply to emails and very helpful. Prior to finding Dr. Rizvi, our experience with another rheumatologist here in Katy was horrific. The doctor did not spend an adequate amount of time listening to our history before jumping to a conclusion for a treatment plan. She did not explain anything to us, as she was rushed and spent 1/4 of the time that Dr. Rizvi spent with us. In addition to the disappointment we had with this other rheumatologist, her staff was rude, hard to get a hold of, and overcharged us several times. Please- do yourself a favor by seeing Dr. Rizvi for all your rheumatology needs! She and her staff are so friendly, caring and helpful!

This was very good. Other Dr.'s I visit, for example, my Cardiologist is a 45 minute wait. My GP is at least 45 minutes, probably an hour. If you want a competent physician you should have plenty of patience. Dr. Chimata was an excellent listener. Then she began to reply to some of the tings I said to her. All the while Dr. Chimata would ask me follow up questions from my prior visit. This is being very thorough. I remember my very first visit, how Dr. Chimata ordered a massive blood work up. I saw a famous hematologist three years ago and he was not as thorough as Dr. Chimata. The office is very nice and clean, everyone wears a mask, I found everyone to be kind and attentive. My medications were already ordered by the staff nurse all while Dr. Chimata was finishing up with me. I'm very pleased.

Doctor Bridges show me the injury on the X-rays and explained clearly my treatment options. We made an appointment for surgery between Christmas and New Year at Memorial Herman Surgery Center on Kingsland. Amanda, her surgery coordinator even found me an appointment in an urgent care facility to get a surgery clearance since my doctor office was closed for the holidays and many medical facilities overbooked with people seeking Covid testing for holiday travel. Doctor Bridges operated on me on December 28th. She came to see me before surgery to explain everything and gave me reinsurance. She is so sweet and comforting. Few days after surgery I had some nerve pain. She had given me her cellular phone number so I was able to contact her easily. She send quickly a prescription to my pharmacy. During the follow up visits to change the dressing, the nurses were friendly, caring and gentle. They took X-rays at every visit to assess the healing process. The doctor explained thoroughly what to expect, gave a time frame on expected progress and answered all my questions. I am now waddling in my walking boot and mending well.
