While sitting in the waiting room, I received a text at 4:44 PM, one minute before my appointment, saying my appointment had been cancelled. When I went back to the desk, I was told they had been trying to verify my insurance for about 20 minutes, yet no one told me there was an issue while I was sitting right there. My insurance has not changed in over a year. I had taken time off work to attend this appointment and followed every step they required, only to have it cancelled without warning while I was already in the building. When I asked to speak to the doctor, I was told the doctor had already left just minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time. (None of the staff pictured in this profile are with the practice.) They no longer do bloodwork in the office. You have to go to an outsourced lab with a bloodwork order. It is nearly impossible to speak to somebody competent to get prescription refills or to schedule an appointment. The staff lies and says that they completed tasks when they didn't, and are argumentative and rude. I'll be switching to another reputable practice soon. Sooooooo done!

He has been nothing but phenomenal. He has always taken his time with me and answered all of my questions during appointments. He's got a great bedside manner, as well. I will say the office, itself, in terms of their processes/organization is lacking. They are nice there, but I do typically have to bug them to get test results or answers to messages. But that's all worth having such a great neurologist.
