What in the world...I received an invoice from West Coast screening the other day and the invoice…read morewas from February 9th, 2024, 2 years ago! I just ignored it at first thinking it was a mistake. Then they started charging me late fees and sent another invoice. They asked me to prove that I had paid this invoice or I would continue accruing late fee charges. So I looked in my bank history and found them my check. The check was for the $100 charged (it was a small job), written to the owner Vlad Poksans. I sent them a copy. They did not even thank me for doing their accounting for them. So watch out for billing.

His communication was clear and he showed up with his guys and performed the job on the date/time promised. I believe his price was fair given the quality of components used. I am still so impressed with it and thankful for Nigel and his team. 5 Stars!

We extended our lanai years ago and they did a great job…read more So you wonder why I only rated them 3 out of 5. We were so happy we recommended them to numerous friends looking to expand their lanai who could not get a return call. One mentioned he reached the son who said he'd give his father the message so he could call him back. Never happened. They also never returned our calls when we needed service. I'm sadly disappointed and will not contact them again as they do not call back.

They came in to replace the dark granite surrounding our fireplace and top of cabinets in our livingroom. We selected a beautiful black and white quartz to compliment our white bookcase. Their techs worked with us to address an issue with mirrors set into the back of the bookcase. The overall outcome is exactly what we wanted - worth the money they charged. We've been so pleased with our experience we have shared their contact information with our friends and one couple have already visited and ordered a replacement for their own kitchen and bathroom. Stone Factory has already completed three critical projects for us. We're still waiting on our other contractor to complete three others. These have been two very good experiences for us. Franz and Nick are both good representatives of the company and helped us achieve our positive outcomes.
