The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that the installer refused to lay a wood threshhold and hide tv cables under the closet rug. Also the upgraded padding was not installed. With 2 trips back, I got my threshhold (which I bought and stained) and the cables hidden. The padding issue would've meant tearing up the entire 2 rooms of carpet. We agreed on a rebate, but I would've been happier if I'd gotten my upgraded padding as requested. Miscommunications, but still happy with the rooms. Thanks Richards' Warehouse!

I assured her she knew that I meant the "least expensive". She was very cold and condescending through out the entire interaction. The show room also looks pretty bad. You would think for a flooring place, that they would do the floors to show examples but the floors were all tore up, through the place. One star is for the nice lady who worked there, walked through and complimented my outfit. I decided to cancel the assessment when they called. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot!

Owner says guy used wrong stuff but other than that doesn't take ownership of the job. Owner gives me quote on two parts of a job three years later, and day of the job says can't do one part.
