You know how you wish there were still those "mom and pop" business who take pride in their work and offer reasonable pricing for the same? I found that with Mann Tile. I have a "construction boom" home previously carpeted (tile in kitchen) and had a "not so level" slab. I knew I was up for a challenge when I wanted to put all (wood look) ceramic tile down. I interviewed /got quotes from two other companies and discussing the job I was left with the uneasy feelings of mistrust ,or they wanted an astronomical price and I still doubted their ability to do quality work. I wanted the job done right, with expertise and I'm willing to pay for that expertise. But I also don't want to "walk funny" for months (over charged) Rob came out, owner / sales/ with installation experience. He spoke with experience, confidence and sent me a quote the same day! Another company I had to hound them for a week to get it emailed! The quote was $2,000.00 less than one quote (closer to my ideal pricing) ,add to the fact he was so confident of being able to "fix" my issues we set an install date. Kyle and Shane arrived ( ON TIME!) and we discussed the challenges of the job. Not only was the floor needing leveling, we had to live here (and be able to move from the bedroom to the outside with pets at any given time) Larry the installation manager showed up twice during install week,to make sure I was happy/how the job was going. Kyle and Shane were polite and professional (and as the week wore on, very funny/fun guys!) They showed up ON TIME every day, worked their a$$es off , were very accommodating and now I have a FANTASTIC LEVEL BEAUTIFUL FLOOR! I have more tiling to do, and you know who I'm calling.
