I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ProTile. From the initial inquiry with Jennifer through the completion of the project, everything was perfect. The choice of patterns, colors and design were made simple by the choices and samples with which were presented. We were referred to past customers who allowed us to view the work that had been done on their pool decks. It was very helpful to be able to see this finished job rather than just samples in the shop. From the minute the guys arrived it was apparent that we had made the correct choice. The work was done in a progressive manner with each part of the process completed before the next was begun. Each was done to perfection. with every detail attended to. The coloring of the 'tile' pattern was hand applied to each location on the surface, again, entirely done by hand. Colors were blended to create a natural stone like appearance. Finally, a sealer was applied to preserve the artwork that was our finished pool deck. The new deck is stunning and far exceeds any thoughts I might have had prior to the job being done. The work was done in a professional manner by two highly skilled artists. The quality of the work was exquisite from start to finish. They even cleaned and vacuumed the pool when they were finished. ProTile is a first class operation with highly skilled employees. They were great to have on the premises and provided us with an education in the process. In terms of cost, I was very pleased. The end result was superior to any I've seen done with pavers or tiles. A fine and rewarding adventure. That's not something one can say about very many contractors in any profession. Over the last five years we have struggled to find the right solution for our pool deck which was a painted mess. High quality work, but be careful with scheduling. We engaged ProTile to clean our deck and patch a few areas where we had removed the decorative finish they had installed for the previous owners. The work was terrific - crew was professional, cleaned up everything, no issues with quality. One thing to be careful of is scheduling. ProTile's schedule is weather-dependent. Rain forces schedules to be pushed back, and their lead times are rather long to begin with. They also do not seem to have a great deal of flexibility in their scheduling. So, if the work requires you to be on-site, or if delays present a problem, you should check in to make sure you've got the current work date. read more

Do you have a carpet on your lanai? With all this rain we've been having, I just got fed up with the constant dampness and mold. PROtile in Osprey removed the soggy, moldy carpet from my Lanai and replaced it with a beautiful decorative concrete floor. It's easy to clean, water from the rain is easily swept off, and I think it looks beautiful. See attached photo. Jennifer came out initially to discuss the job and help me pick out a design and give me an estimate. After the job, she returned and continued to work with me until I was 100% satisfied. No home improvement job is without its hiccups, but it was wonderful to see how Jennifer and the folks at PROtile went above and beyond to work with me, before, during and after the job. read more
