I cannot say enough good things about my experience with ProTile. From the initial inquiry with…read moreJennifer through the completion of the project, everything was perfect. The choice of patterns, colors and design were made simple by the choices and samples with which were presented. We were referred to past customers who allowed us to view the work that had been done on their pool decks. It was very helpful to be able to see this finished job rather than just samples in the shop. From the minute the guys arrived it was apparent that we had made the correct choice. The work was done in a progressive manner with each part of the process completed before the next was begun. Each was done to perfection. with every detail attended to. The coloring of the 'tile' pattern was hand applied to each location on the surface, again, entirely done by hand. Colors were blended to create a natural stone like appearance. Finally, a sealer was applied to preserve the artwork that was our finished pool deck. The new deck is stunning and far exceeds any thoughts I might have had prior to the job being done. The work was done in a professional manner by two highly skilled artists. The quality of the work was exquisite from start to finish. They even cleaned and vacuumed the pool when they were finished. ProTile is a first class operation with highly skilled employees. They were great to have on the premises and provided us with an education in the process. In terms of cost, I was very pleased. The end result was superior to any I've seen done with pavers or tiles. A fine and rewarding adventure. That's not something one can say about very many contractors in any profession. Thank you, ProTile.

We didn't want pavers with the ants, sand and weeds but we had no idea what else would look attractive and be functional. Then, we found ProTile! Oh I wish we had found them when we first purchased the house. Jennifer was great to work with and helped us to choose the pattern and color. Jarred was the meticulous artist along with his crew. No cell phones, no loud music. We renovated this house five years ago and can honestly say that ProTile was the most professional and meticulous of any contractor that we have hired. When the work was finished, they did not leave the job that evening until the pool water was filtered, the screens washed down and they even wiped down the pool screen frames! We are so pleased that we found ProTile. They exceeded even our expectations. The deck is stunning!

I am writing this review to express my complete satisfaction with H&Y with the purpose of letting…read morethem know as well as to assist anyone who is considering using their services. For reference, I am the President of the BOD for a local condominium Association. After positive past dealings with H&Y I referred them to a member unit-owner to replace a wood courtyard enclosure with vinyl. They were prompt with their estimate and were selected out of three companies by the homeowner to perform the job. The job was completed but needed to be lowered slightly to match the height of others in the Association. Despite a delay caused by the hurricane, Jerry, the owner, saw to it that the adjustment was made to our specifications. Given the relative insignificance of this re-visit in comparison to the volume of fence work a hurricane can produce, H&Y kept their commitment and for that the homeowner and I were thoroughly impressed. It is not often these days that we witness this kind of integrity in business dealings so when we do we must recognize it. I would recommend H&Y for fence and enclosure jobs without reservation. - Gary B.

At the 7 week mark, I was curious because no one had called me with an update on my order. They said they would call in a couple of weeks once they had my install ready to schedule. Jason did call and schedule for the following week at 9am. There were some set-backs on install day, for I had been scheduled to be 9am and by 10am, no one had shown up or called. Having taken the morning off, I was upset when I ended up having to take the full day off and they didn't even arrive until after 2pm. The crew was very efficient, with Sergio heading the team. They worked for a couple of hours. Glad I was there, to review fence before they finalized or they would have installed the fence sloped to accommodate the yard. Fence should be even, dirt can be added to even the slope of the yard on the side of the house. The posts were corrected and fence install continued. Second day they came back and finished the job. Fence looks great and truly adds value to the house. I think the installation crew is top notch. The office staff really needs to improve on their communication skills with their customers. It's like they don't care about the customer but boy did they call right away to get paid. No one ever apologized for making me wait all day when I had been scheduled for a 9am install.

He demanded final payment when the job was finished. However, one could not really inspect the final product due to the two hour drying period. In addition, his company broke the hose connection which cost me around $50 to repair. I understand he has a huge project in a new development still I expected at least a phone call.

Rodrigo was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. He was honest and realistic about timing, extremely responsive to phone calls and requests for site visits, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure the project went smoothly. What especially impressed us was that Rodrigo didn't simply come in and do the job we hired him to do. He took the time to understand our property and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved both the appearance and functionality of the space. He also did a great job coordinating with our homeowners and board throughout the project. His crew was large, professional, and incredibly hardworking, and the finished project is beautiful. The transformation exceeded our expectations. We obtained more than 10 quotes before selecting a paving contractor, and S&S was also very competitively priced. In the end, we feel we received exceptional value for the quality of the work and the level of service. We would absolutely hire S&S Pavers again for any future work and recommend them without hesitation.

My yard is ruined. It has many bumps and holes because they did not level it after laying the new grass. Actually the so called new grass was already old and ready to die before they even laid it. The yard is very uneven and hard to mow. Your team is not top notch. If anyone is reading this remember you really do not know who has written the recent reviews that show nothing but excellent work. None of it is true. This is a company that does not care how the lawn looks, they take your money and run. I have tried to find them but they keep putting different addresses of where they live, so you are not able to ask them questions about why they left the lawn in bad shape. Please DO NOT HIRE this company. There is no value in hiring someone who does what they want and not what the owner requests.
