Well I can not be more impressed with Chris and his company Patek Home Inspections. This guy knows his stuff, is pleasant, courteous and reliable and communicative! His experience and him being currently licensed in Florida as a general contractor, has certainly provided him with not only the experience in dealing with home issues, but also his contact with builders and his simple and brief explanations of the issues at hand. I mean, who is better suited to be a home inspector than a licensed general contractor? Chris also pointed out a bunch of slipping roof tiles that would ultimately lead to a catastrophic roof leak.
