At 4:30 I texted Allison to see if they were coming. She immediately called me and explained that "time had gotten away from them because their A/C went out!" So we agreed that we would reschedule for Saturday July 31st. Again, - no show by Chris or Allison. No phone calls or texts from them either. Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. My suggestion to improve their customer relations: Hire a "planner/receptionist".

They were able to get us an appointment in their showroom, which was packed with options. They came out same day to take measurements and provide us with a quote. We ended up finding a nice LVP option that worked well with our house. The install team was scheduled quickly and finished the job within a few days. The install team worked efficiently, were kind and cleaned up after themselves. LG Kramer really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly. Even after a year, we are receiving great service. Recently we chose to update a bathroom vanity, which left a gap in the flooring. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. So thankful for Gianna's warm heart and the amazing crews they have helping their clients.

The tile that I needed was through a different company, but Chris and his team willingly went to Ellenton from Lakewood Ranch to bring it back the day before they started! I had gotten quotes from 3 other companies and Chris had the most reasonable offer and absolutely no hidden costs. I knew exactly how much the job would cost before we started and there were no additional fees by the end. Chris was very detailed when he came to do the estimate and made sure that the tile would be done right. He was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, usually within minutes of sending a text. Most other quotes were 1.5-2x his price and didn't feel like they took as much pride in their work. He estimated 3 days to do 450 sq ft of tile, but it ended up only taking 2 days! The guys worked hard from 10am-8:30pm the first day with no complaints. I ran out of grout the second day, but Chris was determined to complete my project ahead of schedule, so the team went back to Ellenton to get the grout (again) and returned to finish. My mom and I were able to get an extra full day to relax before she left thanks to their hard work! I highly recommend Chris and his team for tile floors! If I ever am in need of another renovation, I would not hesitate to contact him!

I wanted Crown Molding in different areas in my home and then a feature wall in my bedroom. He came over the next day to take a look firsthand. He was able to quote me with an estimate and seeing as how I had talked with a few other contractors I went ahead and accepted his proposal. I drew up blueprints onto an exact scaled down model for him to go by for the bedroom. A few days later he started and within 2 1/2 days had everything completed looking Fantastic. I was extremely impressed that he was able to execute the plans. I had drawn up for him in regards to my bedrooms feature wall. Artem takes his time and he is thorough. I know some Crown Molding companies out there would have this entire project completed in one day. However I really appreciated his dedication and Suggestions. Thank you Artem!
