I started the process of researching countertop fabricators/installers in Feb 2022. Being fairly…read morenew the Sarasota Area, I had to rely on local reviews to narrow down who would do our countertop installation for our upcoming kitchen renovation. Final touch counters stood out to me with their years of experience, professionalism with communication and quality of extra products they offered (sinks). The first step in the process is choosing your countertop. Once you find that, you must find a reputable installer for your product. I was able to find a gorgeous quartzite stone at The Granite Place (I went to 4 different supply yards to find what I was looking for). The granite place has a great working relationship with Final Touch Counters from my experience. Once I found the stone, Rose at Final Touch took care of everything. She was amazing with communication every step of the way. Final touch picked up my stone from The Granite Place for fabrication. Rose had me come in and meet Rick the owner and go over both of my slabs (placement of veining, seams and edging). Rick's knowledge and experience was invaluable with this process. We chose to rent a crane to make things safer with our long stairway for the workers and security of our product. It was well worth the money. Rose took care of arranging the crane, scheduling template measurements and scheduling installation. We chose to purchase 2 sinks with Final Touch because they use quality products that you wouldn't find at a big box store. Rose was super communicative with the sink specs and measurements (I needed a certain size with my small bar sink). It made the process much easier of not having to purchase separate sinks elsewhere and bring them to Final Touch for the fabrication process. They had everything on the premises to get the job done correctly. I would recommend this company to everyone. The whole team is family oriented and communicate effectively. Rick was kind enough to waive the extra charge of the edging I wanted (1/2 bullnose) and I got both sinks at their cost. I had 100 square foot of stone to fabricate and it turned out gorgeous. Thank you Rose, Rick and Sydney for making this process smooth.
