They took my new sink to their shop in order to cut the hole for the sink to properly fit. It turns out that regardless of having my sink, they cut the hole for the sink as an under-mount, not the over-mount sink that I had. On location, they had to re-cut the quartzite for my sink to fit and the technician cracked the counter top piece. I notified allure and they said that they would replace the material when they got more in. They said that they were out. They told me that they were searching for the material. I got the same reply over and over each time that I called. I finally realized that they were stringing me along. I noticed that most of the people working at Allure were from Turkey. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Allure told the BBB that they would reimburse me $800 to cover the cost of the cracked piece. Allure never followed through. I also filed a complaint about Allure to the FL Attorney General's office. Buyer beware of this company.

I recently had a mid-grade kitchen makeover where I replaced granite with quartzite, a new single under mounted sink and a glass tile backsplash. I also had my vanity tops replaced (same quartzite) and I had a shiplap wall with a built in fireplace built with a tv mounted over it. I went to their stone yard, they didn't have what I wanted on site so they sent me to a distributer and they had a ton of options. I picked out what I loved, told Ricardo and he put the slabs (yes 2 slabs) on hold for me. He came out after my contractor dismantled the counters I had and templated my kitchen, measured my bathroom vanities and he templated my fireplace when it was built.
