Being an engineer in the construction business myself; I recognize the importance of communication, thoroughness, client relations. Each one of these areas was ignored by Allison and Chris. This in of itself, warrants concern of how well a project would be completed by them (if it got completed)?!?! To emphasize - they never called or texted back. My wife and I gave up our plans for the 2nd Saturday in a row in an effort to meet them. The lack of consideration was/is extremely disappointing. We called and asked if they could cosmetically fix our section and sure enough they had an installer out here quickly and we are back to new. We also had asked him to replace the baseboard, he charged us $120 , never replaced it . Instead, he nailed back the old one on the wall. When we questioned the job and said that the original was never replaced he got very defensive and told us that he was not going to work with us anymore. The original job was quoted at $3800.00 and the final bill came in at $4300.00 . $500 extra from the original quote. He never informed us what the $500 extra was for. Beware of Paul the Brit.
