I entered Tuscany Tiles showroom greeted by Sales Rep. Wesley Waldrop. After perusing the showroom…read moresamples, we picked out our Travertine floor. Wesley seemed to know his flooring. We discussed timing for the project - which was a house renovation. He promised me a date of delivery, start date, and insisted that the installation would be done in 14 days. We even discussed painters, furniture delivery, etc. all based on his promise that it would be completed no later than 14 days from the start. This project was $44k. Well... 14 days turned into a nightmare of over 70 days. Which pushed back every other task of the renovation. Wesley's installer fired his helper the first week because "he was breaking too many tiles". The installer then brought his wife to the job as a "helper" along with their three-year-old son - who was often seen running around the job site with no shoes on, sometimes he even had a razor tool/scraper to play with. After many complaints to Wesley - and owner Jeremy West - zero was done for customer satisfaction. In fact, they both stated they could not control when or if the installer would show up. I insisted they get another installer, but Wesley said that he couldn't guarantee their work or that they speak English. I said I would supervise the job, but...nothing. No changes were made to the installer. I had to put up with the inconvenience. So... fast forward - they had to reorder more tile, not once, but twice. Wesley took the measurements himself. I could keep writing, but in short: 1. Project took over 70 days, not the promised 14 days 2. Sloppy job site 3. Inaccurate measuring by salesman Wesley, had to reorder tile two more times to finish the job 4. They dumped so much wasted thin set (cement) on the front lawn area that it is solid cement now and won't allow landscaping 5. Poor/uneven installation 6. Not sealed evenly 7. Several tiles have broken after installation due to improper installation or inadequate thin set backing 8. I've given Jeremy 9 months to come back and fix the broken tiles. His reply: "too busy".

I then asked him for an invoice that showed I paid him and he said he would "give me the invoice if I gave him the $50 that he took off the price" and further said I "cheated him" out of $50 so would not give me the invoice I needed for my insurance adjuster. Extremely unprofessional and subpar work. Go elsewhere for tile and grout cleaning.

Continental Tile and marble is a joke. In my opinion, they are a bad joke. I ordered a granite…read morecounter top piece for a 24 in. kitchen cabinet. I even left my formica counter top for them to use as a template. After one week, they hadn't started on it. After 2 weeks they hadn't started it. They couldn't or wouldn't give me a time estimate. At this point, I began to check on the progress on my top and back splash. I called several times to get an idea of how long it might be before they could get to my piece. I even stopped in at the shop to talk to them about my granite top twice. (meanwhile Im living without a counter top on my kitchen cabinet) Finally after much encouragement from me they finally had my piece ready. I went to pick up my piece and took it home. I set it on my cabinet and unbelievable the back splash was finished on the wrong end and there was a very visible chip on the top of it. This was on Friday. I had to wait until Monday to return it to get it corrected. Finally, in the next day or two they called and told me my piece was finished..... It was and looked great. That was part one on my saga. Next part 2..... Part 2 was exactly the same problem as part 1 (I ordered second piece) except this time after 2-3 weeks when they kept putting me off, I went to get my original counter top after they took the measurements to bring it home so i at least had a counter top while I waited. Finally, I had had enough. I took the back splash from the first one to Acer granite to try to get a "close match" and to my surprise they had an identical match. They immediately took my countertop measurements and told me my new top would be ready on Friday (13 days) . Final note : the guy at Continental was less than cordial and was clearly aggrivated with my periodic inquiries about my counter top. I called them and to tell them I no longer needed the granite and I had contracted Acer to do it for me. Acer was incredibly cordial and very helpful. One final note. The sign out front of the business says open to the public and they have a showroom as well. If they're not prepared to deal with walk ins they shouldn't even accept the job.

The wood work turned out to be deeper and more extensive then I thought but he did it all quickly and with geat quality. It looks brand-new and perfect. The concrete work was awesome. Tate was: - On-time with a very reasonable estimate. - On-time for the work - Completed the work when he said he would - A high-quality craftsman delivering super work - Wonderful to deal with I highly recommend him
