They were busy on a Saturday after the first week of school. A lot a parents and children getting exams and glasses, but the staff and doctors were friendly and efficient. Total time spent here was: In at 11:40 am out at 1 pm. I didn't mind the time waiting, that gave me the opportunity to choose the glasses that I wanted, without feeling rushed. The guy who helped process my order explained everything thoroughly, and made sure that I got what I wanted. They told me to expect my glasses in about 2 weeks, but said that turn-around on glasses were usually quicker. Based on previous reviews, it seems that they have turned around their staff's friendliness. The atmosphere was hectic, but everyone was welcoming and helpful.

You get just that at this Optometrist. However, I do have a couple of complaints. First, the new computer system just slowed everything down. Second, the doctor and the assistant were easily distracted, and were not very engaging. When the assistant took a call while she was doing the preliminary exam, and did not keep it as brief as possible, that was annoying. Dr. Davis had a habit of saying nothing unless it had to do with the examination, which left a lot of awkward silences. Finally, the Doctor had bad breath. That might not seem like much, but he had to get close to my face several times, and that was unpleasant. Even so, a cheap prescription is just that. I can take it where I want and get glasses wherever I need. No harm in the place, it's just not very pleasant.

The machines they are using are good and she got a good quality of care from her doctor. The staff helped her with picking out a pair of glasses she really liked and helped with our insurance to understand what was covered. They also offered an insurance for the glasses since they saw how rough she was with her last pair. We've since been back for an adjustment on the frames and they were very helpful. I will come back here when it's time for my eyes to be checked.
