I was on a recent business trip to Nashville and was having issues with the fit of my glasses. I had purchased the glasses from a major eye center in Kokomo, IN and they had not been able to get them to fit correctly. While in business, I thought why not go by and see the Anderson Eyecare center as I used to go to them before my wife and I moved back to Indiana. I asked them if they could fix the glasses, and I told them I was more than willing to pay for the fix as well. Not only were they willing to fix them, but also with zero charge. Now, I'm not telling everyone to go to Anderson Eyecare to have their glasses fixed that they bought from someone else...no, I'm telling you to go to Anderson Eyecare because they will take care of you...customer or not. This is the best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr. Terri was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and wants what's best for her patients. I was diagnosed at an early age with glaucoma. Dr. Terri took the time to listen to me and discovered I was misdiagnosed. She calmed my fears as going in for an eye exam always terrifies me. My eyes aren't loving the contacts and she got me right in to help change. The staff is extremely friendly. They help with any questions, and make you feel like you're a part of the family. They don't pressure you into buying anything and don't make your appointment all about finances. Would recommend these doctors to anyone. read more

I have been going to Dr. Terri Anderson for several years as has my sister. We are always very pleased with the service and scheduling of appointments. I have had a difficult time adjusting from years of wearing gas perm contacts to soft contacts and Dr. Terri has been patient in explaining what is going on and adjusting my vision as often as needed, I think anywhere else would have given up on me long ago but each time I return it gets better. I can't imagine going any place else for my eye needs. They are very thorough and helpful and I highly recommend Anderson eye care for anyone. read more

This is just an awesome business! Dr's Terri and John are very nice as is all their staff. I never have to wait long, their care is exemplary. Even though they are out of my insurance network I still rather go to them- it's hard to find a great business and I'd much rather save my pennies for future appointments for good service. I've had to "drop in" when my glasses needed adjustment and they were kind and didn't seem to mind to have to take care of me even though I didn't have an appointment. Dr. John was recommended to me by a very dear friend. From my first visit I was impressed by the time he and his staff took in my initial exam and consultation. He discovered that I probably needed cataract surgery, and referred me to an excellent surgeon. Since surgery (which was very successful) Dr. John has continued to monitor my eye care. I have been a patient of Drs Anderson for 14 years! Dr Terri and Dr John Anderson are thorough, patient, and exceptional practitioners! I have a difficult prescription. Both doctors take the time each year to make sure the prescription and the lenses works for me. They are available for questions in between appointments. The location is very convenient to my home. They have early Friday hours that are great for my work schedule. The exam was thorough and informative. I just moved to Nashville a year ago and was dreading finding a new optometrist because I loved my old one. I loved this office and the people. It took about 1.5 hours but that's because they had to do the full new patient exam and I also had them dilate my eyes. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist! read more
