She gives my eyebrows a nice shape and does not make them too thin like some other places have. She is also very quick and precise. I appreciate this because I find threading to be pretty painful and I like for it to be over quickly. I can walk in and out within 10 minutes at Brow Studio 7. They have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend you get a point and eventually you can earn a free eyebrow threading. It costs $10 to get your brows done which is pretty reasonable. The lady tells me that I should come every two weeks, but I try to go every three weeks. The rewards program tells her the last time I was there. I don't really mind when she mentions it. Overall I'm glad to have found Brow Studio 7 because they do a great job and are very fast. No more waiting 30 minutes to get my brows done at the mall!

She is so friendly and the aesthetic of her salon is so pretty. It's pink and bright and inviting. She sat me down down and applied numbing cream. I stg I felt like my eyebrows were stoned. I didn't feel a thing. We went over the type of service that would be best for me. Since I do have brows, and just struggled with them being uneven and patchy, we decided on the micro-shading, as it would be the best option for what I was looking for. Since I do makeup almost every day, this was the best option for me. She made sure I was okay every few minutes and asked me about my life, where I worked, how long I wanted it done, how I heard about her - she was super friendly. My eyebrows look AMAZING. I was getting compliments the rest of the day about how good they looked and I have about 3 people who already wanna book with her. All around, a fantastic experience. You have your temp taken and asked to sanitize your hands (or wash at the sink) before getting started. It's too soon to really report on overall changes to my skin's conditions, but my facial was thorough and relaxing, and my skin was positively glowing when I left. I don't say that lightly. Allison made a lot of great recommendations, and I picked up a hydrating serum there based on her recommendations. It's a calm, relaxing atmosphere and I feel comfortable and confident there. Alas, I found 2 star Fracassi's that could take me the next day. I was sceptical because of the reviews, ratings, and lack of photos but desperate times call for desperate measures. VENUE: -Fracassi's is located inside the Walden Galleria Mall. My GPS took me to the exact place I needed to park which is by the mall entrance between Lord&Taylor and Macy's. Just walk to the main stretch and Fracassi's will be on your right. If you are a Yelper who like a quiet private room then this is not your scene. The tables are out in the open like a nail salon with windows for walls. The beds/tables are lined with plastic and sanitation paper was not used. I assume[hope] the employees spray it down with sanitizing spray before the next customer uses it. There were some visible black scuffs from who knows what product staining the plastic which detracts from the lovely aesthetics of the room. LASH TECHNICIAN: - my tech was pretty friendly and very accommodating. He had to stand up for my appointment because I was 9 months pregnant at the time and couldn't lay on my back like normal. THE LASHES: - I saw an ad on Groupon for mink lashes however the actual lashes were stiff plastic, not even synthetic mink which was disappointing but like I said I scheduled last minute. On a more positive note the lashes did not fall off until my actual lashes did. CONCLUSION: - if you're in a time crunch this place can provide last minute appointments but I wouldn't expect the same results as you would a better rated salon.

I will post the photos of the very unprofessional response she left to my review and the appt confirmation I saw the reviews and gave this place a go, but I regret it. I had a bad experience and will NOT come back! There were people (her coworkers) walking in and out of the room during my appt, which was unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. She didn't ask me if it was okay or anything. I got a fibroblast done here with the owner, Maya, where I got permanent hypopigmentation spots on my face and dark burn marks from the pen she used. There are spots that are whiter or lighter than my skin, which means that my skin is depigmented and hypopigmented. She doesn't seem very skilled or knowledgeable with this treatment, so I don't recommend it here at all, even if it's cheaper than other places. Go to a professional like an NP or dermatologist for this treatment, or just don't do it at all. It just made my skin way worse. Now I have to spend so much money fixing this problem that may never leave It has caused me distress over my appearance since my skin got worse than when I came in and there's nothing that can fix it. When I left my review on Google, she told me that I had the wrong place. I've never been to her spa and to delete my review. When I updated it, she gave a very unprofessional response and said I'm not a real client. When people have a bad first experience somewhere, they don't feel comfortable returning, which is how I felt. I didn't feel comfortable reaching out or saying anything because of the way my appt was and the way I felt, and I didn't want to come back. And her reply definitely made me not want to reach out or disclose myself to her. Possibly fixing this issue I got from the fibroblast is something that is advanced and is best done by a health provider like a dermatologist, which is a fact I shared my personal experience and regret that I went here. I'm posting this again for other people to see that I personally don't recommend getting the fibroblast done here. The other treatments are probably fine, but fibroblast should be done by someone with nurse/doctor. Edit: the owner replied once again claiming I'm not a client and said I signed a consent form. This treatment was recommended by her and she reassured me it would work well with my skin and the reason my skin COMPLETELY dipigmented is because of her holding the pen in place too long and over and over in the same spot and constantly rubbing it afterwords with a qtip until it bled even though I told her to leave it so it's clearly due to her negligence and a lack of knowledge/skill issue because of the way in which she used it. Just the way she responds to her negative reviews speaks volumes on how she handles criticism. Any negative review is apparently not possible and everyone is a competitor. The way she responds makes you not even want to reach out. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend at all.
