Initially we had a consultation at the empty house to discuss the ideas my wife and I had for the each room, show her our favorite colors, what we planned on using each room, and immediately on the spot she came up with great suggestions already! We got a more elaborate design document with the proposed changes that she made, and everything was extremely helpful, from choosing decoration to the furniture quality and colors that would go well. All the process was very smooth and both Sanaz and her whole team were extremely responsive all the time, taking care of our requests with a lot of thought. We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. She answers via phone or text which is helpful to have both options. She gets you all set up with Doug the field technician. He is punctual and such a sweet guy. We have used them for the past 3 years on various things from automatic shades to door windows to restroom windows. We remodeled in three phases and after each phase we needed a set of blinds. They got us on the schedule right away for measurements and once product was in they installed right away. Top quality custom blinds and shades that really enhance the space. Sooo it's 2024 and we decided to get the 4 1/2"shutters in the rest of the house. We got the first…read more3.5" shutters in the bedroom and bathroom back in 2018. After finally getting "new construction" windows installed, we decided to go with larger 4 1/2" shutters. We were so nervous because not many people get that size, but we decided to go for it and boy do we love them! Everyone that comes over says our home has a "beachy vibe" with the large shutters. They look so nice with our painless windows! We only had one issue with the 2018 shutters in the bathroom rusting. ISD said to order the waterproof replacement would run us $650 for a small window but that seems a bit too much. ISD brought a new rustless magnet and made it look a lot better. Overall we are very happy with the way the new large shutters turned out, and happy with how the older 3 1/2" held up in the bedroom.
