Love this place. There is really no way it can be screwed up. U come in and tell them what kind of pizza u like, pick your fresh toppings out and give them your name when u pay. Then they stick it in a very hot and quick oven just like Dough and U get your custom pizza in under a couple minutes. It's fresh, hot and a fraction of the price of Dough Pizzeria. Fast food pizza that taste amazing! Wasn't too sure about how this place would be but me and my wife have been twice and each time we have left completely satisfied with the food and the service. This pizza place is simply awesome. Placing your order, it works similar to subway. You tell them what size pizza you want, then watch them put all the toppings that you select, then they toss in in the open flame oven. Crust comes out crisp all the way across the bottom. My boyfriend and I love MOD!!!! If we want something that is quick, less expensive, but still good quality food, we choose MOD. We can split one large pizza and bread sticks and we still have left overs. They serve beer, wine, fountain drinks and bottle water. Everyone is always so nice. This is my favorite MOD in town! Not only is it convenient, I love the fast service and they are always very nice! This will be our second visit to MOD Pizza this month. We just could not resist the temptation to come back! The first time around, we got separate pizzas and ended up taking home leftovers. I ordered one mega dough pizza online at 6:15pm. I selected ASAP for my pizza pick up, it said, "Really busy try another time", so I did (30 minutes). I went in 6:40pm, and the line to order was long. At 6:50pm, I asked if my pizza was ready, the guy said he will let me know. I asked again around 7:05, and he said it wasn't ready. When I saw a man who was in line to order the pizza(remember this was 6:40pm), had gotten his pizza before me.....when I had ordered my pizza at 6:15pm, I went and asked them why isn't my pizza ready when this man had ordered his pizza 25-35 minutes after me, all they said I'm sorry. I asked them if I could take my pizza unbaked, and they said they haven't even done it!!! I asked for my refund, and left HANGRY an hour later with NO PIZZA!!! read more

Wow how come I've never tried this place before? If you like thin crust pizza, lots of toppings, and great salads, then this is the place for YOU! It's run like a subway/chipotle. You get in line, pick your pizza size and go down a line picking toppings. They do have options to pick a pre-designed pizza but what's the fun in that? There's no extra charge for toppings it's a flat rate for unlimited toppings, and the same goes for the salads. The side salad was a really decent size, I probably could've split it or just had that. Worst customer service I've had in a very long time! To start it was my first time there and so I wasn't sure yet what to order or how it all worked. I understand that it was a busy night but I felt very rushed to order and the guy taking orders wasn't very helpful. When I got to the register to pay the girl at the counter asked if my daughter wanted an apple juice or milk with her kids meal. My daughter chose apple juice. Then we were informed that they were out of apple juice. Because my daughter can't have milk I asked if she could get a fountain drink instead and we were told they weren't allowed to substitute kids meal drinks. It's not my fault that you're out of apple juice!? It took me getting upset and asking for the Manager to finally get a cup for a fountain drink. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to come talk to me or apologize for the situation. The ice maker wasn't working and I was told (in a rude manner) that I need to wait a while for the ice to regenerate. So now we have hot drinks. Literally everyone in the restaurant that we came in contact with was extremely rude and the least bit helpful. I'm very disappointed with the management of this location and will not be returning. read more

Very hectic and unorganized. Got two pizzas to go. One ended up being the completely wrong pizza which idk how that happens when the names are written on the sheet.. second pizza was a simple pepperoni yet some how it ended up with pieces of mushrooms and sausage and spinach on it. So I used to come here frequently with my friends and family and it was a great spot to hangout until the service dropped and the employees weren't as friendly and began rushing us through the line asking us what we want then just repeating "next". They were also way more frugal with the toppings than before which upset me because my pizza was a considerable amount of crust. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Visited this place for the first time with my wife for date night. First thing I noticed was a bunch of hipsters behind the counter that were serving and making pizzas. On staff there was about 8 employees on the clock, however working was a different story.... Probably only 2-3 actually doing anything. Once It was my time to go I go to choose my toppings. I thought this part of the process was pretty cool and was excited to get my pizza. My wife was able to get her pizza however I waited over 10 minutes and still no one called my name. I went to the counter to ask what the issue was and was told that they gave my pizza to another customer... I was disappointed because I was so excited to get to experience my own creation.... That was a Bust! I was told that they would make another pizza so I went to the start of the line to make another pizza. Once I got there multiple employees saw me and 2 decided it would be a good time to go on break (even though the whole time I was there I didn't see them do absolutely anything) and the other 2 went to back probably to just check their Facebook. I have NEVER RECIEVED THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT. After standing in the front like dummy I decided I had enough of this establishment. I told my wife that I didn't want to stay here and I was going to ask for a refund. I was able to ask the ONE employee that was in the prep room and asked him for a refund. He said that he would get his GM. While waiting for the GM I got to take a good look into the prep room, and boy was it disgusting! There was food in storage containers that were on the floor (against food code), employees not washing hands after returning from break (against food code) and employees with beards not covered and hair not put back (just plain nasty)! The GM finally came to the register and didn't even apologize or ask what was wrong. I was completely professional and didn't act irrational at all. I will never be going back to this establishment ever again. Great concept however this place is horribly managed!!! read more

I was hesitant to try this place out because of other reviews that said things about wait times and quality of food, but I'm so glad I did. The food was delicious. I built my own pizza and salad and was able to add all the toppings I wanted.
