Ordered online for pick up. Online is always easy and efficient! I ordered almost everything on my pizza - and there is no limit! Best part about MOD! It's like a Subway for Pizza's ! How can you go wrong? They have multiple sauces to choose from - Alfredo, spicy Marinara, pesto, bbq, or just olive oil. And the cheese choices!! Ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, gorgazola.. wow! I ordered MOD Pizza on DoorDash on March 27th around 7:20 PM, but my order was missing the Mike's Hot Honey I paid for. Having worked at MOD before, I get that things can get hectic especially on a Friday night when it's raining, but after reading similar reviews, it seems like it's a recurring issue at this location. The pizza itself was decent--I tried ricotta with pineapple, Canadian bacon, and mozzarella, which was interesting, but I prefer it with just the hot honey for that perfect sweet and spicy kick and without the ricotta. The salad, however, was disappointing--only about four croutons and a weird taste. If I ever go and visit in person, I hope they do better with accuracy on condiments and extras. read more

We got two different ones of their original Mod pizzas (I like the mega crust too one as well) and I think for two pizzas, two drinks coming out to $28 isn't bad! I've been here twice in the past two weeks and the customer service from the workers have been incredible. This was my first time at MOD. It did not disappoint. I'm a picky eater. Gluten and dairy free. I choose the Calexico on a cauliflower crust with vegan cheese. It was excellent. This Mod is located in the newer part of the 1604/blanco so we decided to hit it up. Upon arrival we are greeted very eagerly by the female employee. It would be a lot easier to see what's what If there were labels on everything. It was pretty empty in there and still felt like the staff was rushing through putting toppings on. The female made my pizza which came out well with a good amount of toppings. The male who made the other pizza was rushed and didn't even attempt to put a proper amount of toppings on it. We visited with my daughter today and while we waited we looked around and notice that there were many many fruit flies all around the drink serving area. The floor was disgusting and the manager on duty was wearing shorts. I did approach the manager on duty and she mentioned that she knew about the fruit flies and new items was as hazard to people but they were short staffed. If I could give my experience zero stars, I would. I ordered a pizza at 7:10 PM and at 8 PM, It was delivered incorrectly. It was not even my order. It was someone else's so I called back and they said they would remake it and have it delivered. Waited another hour! 9 o'clock comes around and still no pizza. By this time, I've had three DoorDash drivers say they were picking up my pizza. I finally called MOD Pizza and they said that someone had picked up my order and then unassigned themselves and that is why I had so many drivers attempt to pick up my pizza, but there was no pizza to pick up. No one called me and let me know what was going on. I waited over an hour and 45 minutes with still no pizza the second time around. At 9:45 over 2 and 1/2 hours after I ordered I had them cancel and refund my money. And three days later, I had to call back because they never refunded my money and they never credited my account with any vouchers like they said they would, absolute worst experience would never order from them again. read more

My husband arrived at 7:45 (order pickup was 7:45pm) and reported my name as being the one the order was placed under. By 8:15pm, absolutely nothing. The manager did not even once let him know that there was in fact no order. When confronted, they were 1000% non apologetic and couldn't care less! I love that MOD Pizza is a subway for pizzas. I really enjoy customizing my pizza just the way I like it and the option to choose all my favorite toppings. I get a really tasty pizza each and every time! If you aren't a fan of customizing your own pizza, there are also plenty of pre-set MOD pizzas for you to choose from. If you aren't a pizza fan there are even salads! The only thing to keep in mind is not to get too many sauces or your pizza can get a little soggy. I can't believe this is the first time I've tried this place! The staff here at this location are amazing. There wasn't a single person that wasn't very outgoing. I don't care how good your food is, if the service is bad it's never worth going back. The positive energy here alone is enough to want to visit several times. I love the concept of allowing the customer to select what and how much goes on your pizza. My kid and I split one and it was plenty of food for lunch. I love that all toppings are included in the price. The pizzas are just $8-10 depending on crust type for all the toppings you want to pile on. They offer a blackberry lemonade, which my kid loved. They have all the usual stuff too--Coke products, sweet and unsweet tea, and regular lemonade. The ice is the awesome pellet crushed ice stuff, of which I am a fan. This location never really seems adequately staffed. I usually find myself here around what should be the wrap-up of the lunch-hour rush, but they still get these influxes of traffic. I came in and behind me was around 6-7 more people and there was already one guy in line in front of me, one waiting for an order and one call ahead. And with all of this only three employees. Also there was no pizza doughs on the wall in the holders so they're flattening these out, etc. etc. as they're helping you, which you could save some time by doing this pre-work when the store is dead and while it may not seem like it's saving a lot of time in the middle of a rush it could add up. The food here is usually good. I've only had one poor experience where they completely charred my cinnamon sticks. Their salads are great, pizza, of course, is good as well. Their sweet tea is amazing. I wish they had bigger cups haha. They also introduced a new rewards program, but take that with a grain of salt (you have to spend $150 to get a free pizza pretty much, which if you get a mega is around a 6% return). read more

This has got to be the best Pizza joint ever!! We first discovered MOD (Made On Demand) Pizza a few years ago in Oregon! Who knew there was one or should I say several in Texas!! They have a wall menu you can choose their standard pizzas or you can get your crust & the server will build it as you walk the fresh food line & they put it on your pizza. From the first sauce, I love the pesto sauce to start with, to after it comes out of the oven, I like it drizzled with the fig/balsamic & wow! If you don't like your pizza it's your fault because you can choose what you want on it. The crusts are thin which is fine with me as I want all the goodies on top! It's a fun place to go!!
