Loaded Mod Pizza with No Name Cake

Lately the pizza has been better here. I am not quite sure why. Staff is always very nice. I was disappointed there was no ham today. Otherwise, the pizza is on point. This place is great for someone like me who likes a lot of toppings. $11 and I can get whatever I want on my pizza. The NoName cake is delicious.

This fast casual concept restaurant is essentially a Chipotle style restaurant.... except with pizza. They have a wide variety of toppings and you can essentially get anything you could ever want on a pizza... at no extra cost. Overall the dining and service are were clean and the employees were very helpful for those that have never been to the restaurant before. I really enjoyed the pizza and thought it was reasonably priced given the amount of toppings available. It is a thin crust style pizza, and there are other crust options. The pizza is plenty big enough for 1-2 people. Great place to take kids for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. I'll definitely go back.

I just wanted to make sure to mention one if the best employees at this establishment, Stevo. It was my first time visiting here and I came in for the nurses day special. The restaurant itself is very clean and well organized. For the menu there is things such as pizzas including Minnie's too large and an option for cauliflower crust pizza as well. Salads and pizza pockets. The mini pizzas are very cute but run about 8.88 each and it does look very small but the flavors of every bite was very delicious! You are allowed to pick toppings and Stevo was very patient and helped me picked toppings and even sauces. But to be honest for 8.88 that pizza is to small as I finished it very quickly and was still hungry after but the favor was delicious and cooked perfectly. Thank you for doing the special for nurses, pizza was well enjoyed and it was my first time visiting !

MOD pizza allows you to build your own pie, or choose from signature menu pies. I decided to build my own with spicy sauce, pepperoni, arugula, and hot honey. It was delicious! The crust is thin and crisp, which I like, and it's so bubbly and fresh since they bake it once you order. I also got a Ceasar side salad, which was pretty good, but not worth the price tag. I think the mini/side salad option was $8+. The customer service was good too, they were really patient as I looked at all the toppings and decided what I wanted. I got my food to-go, but there's a nice sized dining room as well as some tables outside.

This place rocks. It's a build-your-own thin-crust heaven. Huge fan of their dough and thin crust pizzas specifically but the awesome part about this place too is the customization of the pizzas. Endless options with no limits (within reason). I always get my pizzas well done, and they always ask if it's cooked enough for me. Awesome to also have gluten-free options like the cauliflower crust which some places don't offer at all let alone all the vegetable options, pesto sauce, and even salad choices too for vegetarians/vegans. Easy spot for family, friends, or just all around quick bite of some good pizza

Mod is one of my favorite coal fired pizza restaurants. I order the build your own, which is basically whatever toppings you would like on your pizza. The staff members are always nice and very welcoming. Super clean restaurant. They have both seating indoor and outdoor.

Friendly helpful staff, pizza made to order, clean pleasant layout. The line was long but went relatively fast, especially considering the nature of the orders ahead of me in line. (Saturday night)

I was a little bit skeptical about the service at first. They weren't busy when we walked in. Just about everyone was in the back, but they all came out and everyone got rolling along. They did a fantastic job making our pizzas. They mad exactly how we wanted and didn't skimp on anything. My daughter got a pizza with pepperoni and extra, extra, extra artichoke. I have never seen that much artichoke on a pizza. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture. She inhaled it! My wife had a pizza loaded with vegetables and no cheese, (although they do have a vegan option) she really enjoyed it. And I had a pizza with spicy sauce and load with just about everything they had. Dam was it good. I was a little skeptical at first, but we will definitely be eating here again.

Five stars easily: excellent food, service, cleanliness, prices, and location MOD is such a great concept, where you build your own pizza (think like subway) and pay one price regardless of the toppings. They also have signature pizzas to choose from. The manager Kaylee (spelling?) took our order and she was super nice and joking around with us. My husband asked for no cheese since he's lactose intolerant, and she offered to change her gloves and recommended their dairy-free cheese as an option. She remembered our names and said goodbye to us by name as we were leaving. The pizza was great as always, and you can't beat the price. My husband is also addicted to their No-name cake. There was an employee cleaning tables while we ate, and you could tell he was taking plenty of time and care to make sure they were actually clean. Make sure you download their rewards app. We chose to eat here today (although we do come once in a while) because I had a BOGO offer on my app.

Is there any vegan options here?

Yes! They offer a variety of different vegetables and a couple of different sauces. Not sure if the cheeses they offer are vegan or not.

This place has not too many tables so it's best to call if you're really set on going a certain time and day. The inside is cutely decorated. They provided some garlic bread for free. The bread was light and good and the garlic flavor was very mild (which I prefer!) We also got the meatballs as an appetizer which were very good as well. We got the eggplant parm, lasagna, vodka pasta, and the cannelloni. The lasagna was GREAT. The pastas all had a good flavor and portion as well. Inside while we were eating, lots of people came in for takeout or to dine in and it seemed like the employees knew everyone. I thought it was nice that they value their returning customers so much. I will definitely be back here again the next time I'm wanting Italian.

I ordered the chicken Parm sandwich, and it was fantastic--crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor. The homemade potato chips were a great surprise too. My girlfriend's penne with vodka sauce was so good she barely looked up from her plate, and my other friends loved the ravioli with the butter‑sage sauce and the spaghetti bolognese. The portions were a good size, and we took home leftovers. The desserts were also to die for. I had a hazelnut cake that was light and delicious, and my girlfriends had the tiramisu. Nothing was left. Plates were cleaned! Overall, it's the kind of place you're so so happy to have nearby in Pembroke Pines. Great food, warm atmosphere, and a team that clearly cares. I'll definitely be going back.

Apparently, according to the employee, that actually means they put hot honey all over the pizza, something that is not clearly explained anywhere during the ordering process. The receipt even reflected the confusion, and when I called, the employee repeatedly said, "I know what the receipt says, but that's not what it means." That alone should tell you there's a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system. To make matters worse, she admitted multiple times that: * The receipt is misleading * The website is confusing * The hot honey caused the pizza to be soggy Yet they still refused to remake the order or provide a proper refund. This place lost a customer and earned a well-deserved negative review.
