After getting my hair done and mailing a letter off at the post office, I stopped in this McDonald's location for a quick bite. Though the drive-thru was busy, the inside of the restaurant was empty...with the exception of two ladies dining in. The dining area was very clean with selective table seating providing distance amongst the customers. I was nicley greeted by a male employee who took my order of a free medium drink and fries with a purchase of a large sandwich (quarter pounder with cheese), which I had a coupon for. To my surprise, he upgraded the drink and fries to a large...well thank you very much. In less than 10 minutes I received my order. My Mom had a hair appointment with my hairdresser and wanted a quick dinner right after. Wendy's and McDonald's are both on the way and since she doesn't care for Wendy's, we went to McDonald's. We went through the drive thru and placed the order. My Mom's order was good, as she got the same thing as me, but on a separate order. She was asked what kind of sauce she wanted with the Tenders she ordered. When it came to me, I too ordered the tenders and some fries. My fries were skimpy and not a full medium size and she never asked me what kind of sauce I wanted with my tenders. When I looked at the receipt, she just put down 3 packets of ketchup. Who doesn't have sauce with their tenders?! The person at the window gave us the food and then basically slammed the window shut without making sure I was good. This McDonald's is one of the worst I've ever been to. I live 5minutes from this location and would prefer going to any other McDonald's around here, even if it's 10-15min away. The employees here have no desire to provide quality customer service or even average at that. I decided to pass by today since it was on my way home. Worst mistake. 1- the cashier who took my order at the drive thru automatically rounded me up for a donation. I don't normally mind, but he never asked. 2- the cashier took my payment and never gave me a receipt. Just told me to move forward. 3- the next employee giving me my order missed 2 things from my order...4 cookies, and an extra coke. Mind you, she forgot the cookies after I mentioned she had already forgotten them. I had my friend with me who had an order too, she put the ketchup and ranch I asked for in his bag so I assumed she did the same with the cookies. On 09/23/2023 I made an order with the app and picked it up in the drive thru. As I was leaving the driver wanted something so we went back in line that's when I noticed I didn't get my 10 piece nuggets or sauce and Mayo I ordered. When I got to the window I told the worker they asked for my recipt I showed it then they went any for a few mins came back gave me a bag and said I can go I asked if everything was there they said yes since I'm blind I didn't check when I got home the were just tossed in the bag nuggets not even in the boxes with no sauces or Mayo and ice cold. If I could give this McDonald's no stars I would. After after I ordered my food I drove up to the first window. The cashier behind the window allowed me to stand there for about five minutes not even acknowledging me. So I decided to drive up to the second window and pay for my food there. When the girl opened up the window there was a gentleman and I'm unsure if he was a shift lead or the manager. But he was very aggressive with asking me for my card/cash to pay for my meal. When he came back I asked was I supposed to pay for my food at the second window? He replied and said yes. I explain to him that I waited and she didn't attend to me and he said it was because she was busy with other orders. I don't have a problem with anyone being busy with helping other customers it was his tone and his attitude that wasn't needed. After he getting my change he told the cashier at the second register to hand me my food. You could see that she was even uncomfortable with how he spoke to me. This has to be one of the slowest McDonald's I've been in America. This is my third visit to this particular location and they were frustrating. And even as I type this, I am still sitting here waiting for my food. I don't know if it's the lack of workers, or the lack of strength these employees have. If McDonald's is looking to close any underperforming locations, this one should be on the list. Almost forgot to mention that every time I've went here, people who come earlier get their food faster than I do. For anyone reading, I recommend the McDonald's on Miami Gardens Drive near I-75. I may be a big kid now but I still love their egg Mcmuffins! Breakfast is only served until 11am. They always get your order right and are pretty efficient. The reason I'm giving them such a low score is because of their staff...they're are young and rude! That's the reason I won't go more often. This particular restaurant is incredibly inconsistent. They were a little busy. You would expect the food to be hot and fresh. At least reasonably so. Got a cheeseburger and a big Mac medium meal with fries and a sprite. I live five minutes away and kept the air conditioner off. Everything was cold.
