All because the staff were so nice. place was clean (including the restrooms) and looked after. in a world where we are isolated more and more and businesses turn to AI/computer serving THIS human interaction made our day. thank you and we would actively look for another one near to us (visiting from Detroit) based on this 30 mins of loveliness (and tastiness)

I went with a number one combo which includes fries and a drink and a double cheeseburger for about eight bucks. The price is pretty comparable to Culver's and the burger was really good, but by far my favorite had to be the fries. Lightly seasoned and delicious. The fry dip is nothing to write home about, unless you enjoy dipping your fries into pale pink tartar sauce. The time it took to get to the drive-through was a little long, but they just opened so I know they're still trying to work the kinks so I didn't credit that against them in this visit. Aside from that, I would be more than willing to come here again with the rest of my fami *UPDATE* I just have to say I love the food here! However, every time I've come here it's been through the drive-through and it takes way too long to get your food. With that in mind I have to drop my five star rating down to four star, I thought that as the weeks went by they would rectify that, But they haven't. Maybe I'm setting my standards too high?

The pitiful thing is that it's not just one or two specific stores, but rather just about all of them have the same problem. I mean, how hard is it really to make a schedule for a restaurant, advertise the schedule for the restaurant, and then just stick to the schedule?. I mean, it never seemed to be a problem until all of a sudden fast food employees started getting paid quite a bit more money than in the past, but this never seemed to be a problem in the past. Honestly the problem is that the problem isn't known to the upper management people that can actually fix it.

The staff was polite, for the north, and the food was fast and, as always, fresh and delicious. The tables were dirty and trash was on the floor. The one thing that gave me heartburn was the Captain Sorenson salsa packets. I love adding the sauce to my sandwiches but I wasn't able to open either packet. There were no pre cut slots to tear and I was NOT going to use my mouth. The guy behind the counter did provide a couple of small cups of salsa for me to use so it balanced out the frustration. The closest is about 45 minutes from my home so I don't get Panda Express as often as I would a local fast food spot. This location on first entry I noticed was clean, and needing to use the restroom I noted the women's bathroom was also clean. Standing in line did take a minute because they were busy both inside and the drive-thru. I ordered an entree of orange chicken and a side of fried rice. Food was standard for Panda Express and I'm glad I came in despite the high amount of low ratings. I rate this spot 3 stars because they are the average Panda Express. If I start coming regularly I may bump up a star because if a place (especially fast food because it's more rare to happen) has personable employees who get to know their regulars that is the kind of special that deserves extra stars as recognition.
