She was very motivational and also helped us adjust our resistance throughout the class. What I enjoyed about her the most is that she made everyone feel special. There was a mix of beginners and veterans of Pilates in our class and she made sure everyone felt comfortable with every movement - and helping when needed. Most of my workouts are high intensity so the change of pace was great for me! But don't get me wrong - the class was a workout! I felt stronger than ever - working in slow movements and challenging myself with each stretch. Additionally Lindsay's playlist was on point. We were able to relax and make this workout our OWN and focus on OUR strength. In addition, the studio was very charming. It's got boutique vibes, but includes all the necessities like bathrooms, showers, a changing room and some swag to purchase. Overall I was very impressed with this studio and the instructor. I felt empowered and refreshed after my workout and I can't wait to schedule another class!

I arrived for my free…read more11am class and was greeted by the friendly receptionist (failed to get her name), and I had to sign a waiver first. She took us on a tour of the studio. It's a small but very comfortable space. I feel like it would never get too crowded here. I tried the Hot Core workout. It's a 30-minute workout in an infrared sauna room. You will SWEAT! there is a TV in the room that plays the video, and you are able to follow it at your own pace. Even if you don't do a certain move, they show, just taking a rest. You still are sweating, so it doesn't feel like you are missing out. By the time I was done, I felt like I had done much more than any other gym class I had ever done. I also love the fact that they do have an open weight room so if you don't feel like getting into the sauna, you can just go lift weights or use any of their other machines they have available. The price is super reasonable compared to other places. $50 a month for unlimited access to one studio of your choice or $80 a month for unlimited access to ANY studio location ANYWHERE! The best part is they are 24/7! You get your own code to be able to access it at any time!!!!! Now I don't have yo rush to try to make a certain class time. The best, and im excited to continue working out here!

I had encouragement early on in my journey from the staff directly via text and got tips on the best way to schedule. All classes start and end on time. I have taken classes from 5 different instructors and they are all very well trained and give a consistent workout. Because the classes are small (12 people) it may be hard to get in, so i suggest the unlimited class membership. You can easily book out classes for a few weeks and you can also waitlist for classes. I know there are some reviews about issues with getting into classes on a month to month basis. I think it's worth the upgrade to unlimited. I have had ZERO issues booking classes. The staff is available for any questions. I highly recommend Club Pilates South Charlotte.

So as a member of CP - Promenade for over 5 years I would encourage you to give us a try. Some of the negative reviews are kinda silly. Most are based on one visit. If you don't like a certain instructor, take a different class! I would not be a member for over 5 years if the studio/instructors were as bad as a few people have stated. We have an asian instructor & you do have to develop an ear for her cues but she is actually one of the more knowledgeable & experienced instructors we have.

    I am a 30 year old 4'10", 90lb lady who had been doing the same type of workouts my entire…read morelife...with no results...I have been maintaining my same body. I have always been a cardio type of girl...I am an avid runner and enjoy classes such as bootcamp or cardio crunch, etc. When hitting the gym, i often used free weights and/or machines to do my lifting. I had never tried any form of yoga or pilates before. I met Molly from Molly's Pilates through a mutual friend, and she invited me to come try a session. I was a little apprehensive, being that I was new to this and I always had this vision of "real workouts" having to be sweating it out hard at the gym. I was in for a shock... Between Molly's guidance through the session and The Reformer machine....my butt was kicked! I have never worked my muscles like that in my entire life, not to mention new muscles (that I didn't even know I had) were getting worked as well. The Reformer completely isolates your muscles...so, you end up working them in a way that you can not do from lifting free weights at the gym. AND, trust me...you sweat too! After the first session, I went home and woke up completely sore...but the sore in a good way...the sore that wanted to go back for more! I worked out a schedule with Molly to go a few days a week and I have absolutely seen and feel results. My body looks and feels more lean, as well as more flexible. The best part about it, there is always something new that pushes you ahead physically and mentally. You never feel as though you have peaked your workout potential. There is always another technique to learn and work towards mastering. Molly is incredibly professional and encouraging to work out with...there are times when you want to quit, and she pushes you on, and I always thank her in the end for that. I often tell her that we have a love/hate relationship...I hate her when she's pushing me to the max, but I LOVE her in the end when my body is feeling great. I truly look forward to my workouts with Molly at Molly's Pilates. Definitely try her out if you are looking for a new workout, you love pilates already, or if you want to obtain some killer arms and abs! Thanks Molly! Xo.

I am a 36 year old with a set of 4 year old twins and a 21 month old. I have been in the gym for as long as I can remember so I know the ins and outs of cardio and weight lifting. I was looking for a challenge and something different to change up my workouts. I definitely found that with Molly! She has been able to personalize my workout around my separated abdominals (diastasis recti). Molly has strengthend my core safely and correctly and I can't believe the difference Pilates has made. My whole body is leaner, longer and more defined. I didn't know what to expect when I had my first session but I instantly fell in love with Pilates. There are so many variations that you can do to keep challenging your muscles and I am constantly amazed by that. I never get bored and I always feel fantastic and stronger after working out with her. I would highly recommend Molly to anyone that is looking for one on one Pilates instruction on the reformer. She has worked some muscle groups that I didn't even know that I had and that is something that I could never accomplish in the gym. She is incredibly welcoming, knowledgable and the complete package when it comes to one on one training. :) I am so thankful to have found her - she has me hooked on Pilates and this is something that I plan on sticking with forever.

    3.5 out of 5. This…read morewould be 5 stars EXCEPT that it is so difficult to find available classes! Ultimately the people buying the unlimited pass get priority. If you buy the 8 pack of classes, you are only getting to schedule your classes as of the 25th of each month and they are only good until the next billing cycle. BUT the unlimited people can book classes up to 2 or 3 months in advance even if they cancel. So right now on February 24, I know that I can pick my classes tomorrow morning. When I look at the schedule though, the next week is almost entirely booked up already and there are very few class times available 2 weeks out! It is EXTREMELY frustrating and I regularly ask myself if it's worth the aggravation or if it's time to cancel my membership. It is not an inexpensive way to exercise and a regular mat pilates class is better at building strength. There are some very good instructors and there are some instructors that are "phoning it in". I stopped taking one instructor's classes because she would get us started on warm ups and then go chat with the person at the front desk, forgetting how long she was away from us. You often warm up one side and then the other. So we might be working on the left leg for 2 minutes and getting sore because she forgot us and then our right leg for about 30 seconds after she finished her conversation. We would end up warming up for 15+ minutes of a 50 minute class. Once you add in 10 minutes of cool down at the end, we weren't getting a good workout. If you want a GOOD workout , there are certain instructors to choose but I'm not naming them or I'll never get in a class! But otherwise I get a much better core workout by doing regular mat pilates.
