Called, asked for swatches , got them, customer service was very friendly. Ordered and paid in full & advance for the sectional. I also took in to account the stated delivery 8-12 weeks, timing it so it could arrive before I was to depart for 1 month long trip in Europe. Not only did it not arrive in 8-12 weeks, it took 22 weeks, that's over 7 months. Suddenly, customer service's tone ( there's only 1 person answering the toll free number, she answers questions for other brands all under the NorthBanq umbrella ) changed dramatically. Tracking number the supplied wasn't trackable. Made arrangements so that if it was delivered while I was away, someone would be there to accept it. Wasted my time, my money. Returned from holidays and still no sectional. At this point (17 weeks), I was really upset, demanded a refund, was told that there was a re-stocking fee of 30% of the total value. How is that even reasonable? Finally got contacted by manager who attempted to basically say that I would now have to pay sales tax for an order paid for, in advance, entirely and in US funds. After many back & fourths, futile arguing with the manager who constantly interrupted me, patronized me, and thought it necessary to school me on BC law. Sectional arrived 22 weeks later - 1 of the 2 pcs was not level, warped, had to add pads on 2 sides to keep it level so it doesn't rock back & forth. Now 1 year later, even after what would be considered almost NO USE, really, hardly have anyone sit on it and if they do, it's usually for less than 1 hour. Tufting has started coming loose around bottom half of the sectional on both pcs. Looks like it needs to be tucked back in. I regret ever doing business with this company. Want a designer furniture piece? Get the original! I'm having a bonfire this weekend, anyone care to join??

I ordered 2 fabrics…read moreonline over six months ago and but only delivered half of my order 2 months after my order and the other half still NOT received it ----- despite multiple follows-ups NO updates, NO resolution. They made a mistake and, instead of fixing it, simply offered to cancel. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a loyal customer. I will NOT ordering from them again. I want my FABRIC.
