We sold the home that BBID did the design on and it sold in 5 days over asking price in a not so great market. Our business is getting compliments on its design (I will upload photos of our home and business so you can see. Pricing was fair, as the value of work they do is phenomenal. Starting with a virtual blank canvas of only construction framing, they walked me through their vision of the suite. Their insight into layout(where to construct bedrooms, closets, kitchen, laundry room) and finishings(flooring, cabinets, countertop, tile, colours) is obviously truly a gift they possess.
