LOOK AT THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THEM!!!! They have very cute things but they will not issue a refund to you. If you return something, you must get a store credit. Good to know before you buy . I am giving them 2 stars because they do have cute clothes. read more

Poor customer service and return policy. Their clothes are cheap material and shrink so small after washing that you cannot even wear them. read more

MOD Boutique - You can see the how much it shrunk at the bottom of the sweater. It was washed as instructed in cold water and laid flat to dry. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Van Wert, Ohio

The color description and picture was off on part of my order. They were taking an almost $20 fee for returnI g to exchange. There are too many honest companies with good customer service. Unless you are absolutely sure about the item, I recommend you shop at another store. Never again for me. read more

GOD AWFUL customer service. Truly the worst. No refunds to original payment methods. Return policy clearly states that online orders are offered free return shipping ... however when you submit a return they charge you the return fee. They will claim you "opted out" of the free return service when you checked out, but there is not "opt out" option. It doesn't exist. And who in their right mind says "hmmm yeah, I'll pay for return shipping on my own even though they offer free return shipping." Just don't order from them, they suck. read more

I should have checked their return policy before ordering. I would rather have my money refunded to me, then have to be issued store credit - I will not be ordering from them again. read more

This place is a joke. I purchased 2 shirts. One looks nice till you put it on, the arms are cut way to small, the other one looks way off im not even going to work myself up on trying it on. The body doesn't even match up with the arm size the arms are 3 and a half fingers wide. Wth Ive been calling the number listed since yesterday and I cant get a single answer, its a cell number. . A total joke read more

They have some cute stuff, but trying to get help or support is nearly impossible. I ordered items back in May, and needed to return some items that didn't fit well. Once they were returned, I was only gifted an instore gift card. We had lots of back and forth conversations about this and that it was frustrating it couldn't go back on my credit card, but alas, I accepted the gift card. I have gone through all my emails and I cannot find anything from them. I don't know what happen to my gift card and it's no longer on my account either. They only have an automated system and no one helps or contacts you. I am disappointed and frustrated with this company and I will tell EVERYONE about my experience and to NEVER purchase from here. They really need to update their customer service. read more

Terrible customer service and hidden return policies. Also, material of clothing is stiff and cheap! DO NOT waste your money

I have loved every piece of clothing I have received. It is high quality and makes me feel great wearing these beautiful pieces. The shipping is fast, and I returned only item because it didn't fit. Easy return policy as well. Debbie O'Neal read more

I LOVE this boutique! I have placed 5 orders since October 2025 (it's January 7th!) and I cannot get enough! They have the prettiest clothes. Their customer service is unbeatable. If I lived closer, I'd really be in trouble! I was reading some of the bad reviews and I am just shocked! After 5 transactions, 2 of which I exchanged pieces, there was ZERO issues. If you have questions, email them. They'll answer fast and are happy to assist! If you question a size, email them first. Or call them. They will help you! read more

Boxie and baggy clothes, with no form whatsoever. No refunds available only store credit or size exchanges. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. First and last time purchasing from this store. read more

I received both of my items shoved in the smallest bag they could find. The one was fine, but I guess when ordering I picked the wrong size, they didn't even care or try to help fix the problem. They told me I was stuck with it. I emailed them back and told them how upset I was with their customer service and they wouldn't even respond back until I had to go online to the customer email portion. They told me they would pass it along to management, but I am sure I will not here back from them. The colors of the item that I picked the wrong size in also do not look anything like the photo online the colors are more brown and black then rust and black. Very disappointed in this company considering they have very cute clothing, but in the end they just lost me as a customer. I hope they learned something from their service. Small businesses thrive on customers and they suck at it!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE! Read the return policy before buying! I bought several items to try for family pictures and went to process a return for the items that didn't work and they only issue in store credit for the returns. I would have to pay shipping to return the items and then order more items that may or may not even work. Will never buy from this company again! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!I I purchased a romper from their website which was supposed to be steel blue according to the color choice. I received a floral romper instead. When I emailed to start an exchange for the correct color, I was told the sale was final and I couldn't exchange or return the item regardless if the wrong color was sent. What a desperate company who has to keep my money and can't even right their wrong and exchange an item. read more

Purchased a pair of $70 jeans from them that ripped in a really strange spot on the waistband. When I contacted them to ask for a replacement because they were 1 month old, I was told it was probably my washers fault. No refund or replacement. Terrible customer service/email process that kept asking me for more information just to tell me nothing they could do. read more

MOD Boutique - Women's Clothing Near Me - Van Wert, Ohio

I ordered a sweater and a jacket, both in size small. I was sent a size small sweater and a medium jacket and reached out to customer service to exchange the jacket for the correct size. Customer service responded by stating that on their end of the order, it was marked as a Small sweater and a Medium jacket. I sent them my confirmation page which clearly indicated both were a size Small. The company had the audacity to say that this was an invalid confirmation email and implied that I had made it up! They also refused to exchange the product and were unwilling to save a size S in the event I chose to return it (on my own cost). Extremely disappointed in this company... should have looked it up here before ordering anything and wasting my time apparently. read more

How stingy can you be to only allow store credit options when you are a CLOTHING store? Clothes don't work for a lot of body sizes and shapes, yet here you are capitalizing off of that. I'm warning all of my friends and anyone else who will listen to me to STAY AWAY from your company. Like a previous reviewer said, you're welcome for the hard-earned money. Maybe one day you will review your actions and the negativity you spread and become remorseful for pocketing so many people's money. In the meantime, you're disgusting. read more

MOD Boutique - Talked with these people for days discussing my situation to no avail. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Van Wert, Ohio

I lost more than $100 dollars and the seller has failed to address the issue. After making a purchase their platform automatically cancelled the order and created a new order defaulting to an old address (one different from the one I picked at the moment of payment. They don't want to refund nor send the items purchased, and instead had sent me to troubleshoot directly with Meta/Instragram customer service. It has been almost two days and they have failed to resolve the issue. No clarity on how would they proceed. After me sharing evidence of correct address/screenshots etc. This was an order of over one hundred dollars. Terrible customer service and frustrating customer experience. read more

BUYER BEWARE OF RETURN POLICY! I ordered several items from MOD Boutique but needed to return one of the items (quilted jacket) that looked completely different in person than on the website. It was a faded looking orange/red and looked very cheap. When I went to submit a return I found out that even for full-priced items they do not refund, but ONLY offer store credit. I will NEVER AGAIN shop at a store that has a store credit only policy for returns because there are plenty of online boutiques out there that I can shop at with confidence knowing I won't be stuck with an unwanted purchase, or be required to use a store credit. This is too bad because the other items, incuding a pair of cuffed jeans, I really like. But MOD Boutique has lost a customer due the retun policy. Lesson learned. read more

the clothes were unflattering hung strangely, cheaply made. then, THEY DO NOT LET YOU RETURN THEM- only allow exchange read more

Terrible sizing, no returns, a complete rip off ! Do not buy anything from this sham of a company!

This "company" sells cheap Chinese garbage and jacks the price up 100 times than what these clothes are worth. Waiting on a refund after they asked me to ship back their crappy shirt. Lesson learned. These people scam women out of their money. read more

MOD Boutique - Cheap ripped shirt - Women's Clothing Near Me - Van Wert, Ohio

Clothes are cheap and all the shirts I ordered were really short. Then they force you to buy something else with a credit vs refunding your money when you want to make a return. They know exactly what they are doing so that they don't have to give your money back. Do NOT recommend. Any good business offers refunds!!! read more

I would NOT recommend purchasing from the boutique. 1.) I personally feel their items are overpriced. 2.) When ordering online, know you DO don't have an option for a refund. So if your clothing item does not fit you are only able to do an exchange or store credit. 3.) At which you are charged for the return shipping with an added cost of "route package procreation" that is forced on you to purchase. 4.) You are also charged for shipping at purchase. So even to "exchange" or return an item for store credit your paying at least another $20 something for basically trying something on. read more

TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a cute sweater, size L on black Friday (30% discount) for my 80yo mother. (she's hip like that) Original price: $48.99, was higher than I'd typically pay, but it was for my mama. Sweater was HUGE, submitted a return on 11/30 to get a size M. Apparently, I need to call to tell them I wanted an exchange vs. a store credit, even though I wrote this in my return comments. When I called, they were unable to accommodate my request as the top was now out of stock. I asked for a 30% discount and free shipping on another item - DECLINED. I asked for free shipping - DECLINED Sweater that originally cost me $34.29 ended up costing me $63.39. (8.40 - to return, 14.70 lost discount, 6.00 new shipping of equivalent sweater.) THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED. read more

Please do not order from this store!!! I feel so stupid ordering from this place. I spent quite a lot of money because I needed a new wardrobe especially for my profession. I loved the outfit that they show on their web/social media and I went crazy shopping. I just received my package and I absolutely hate everything. Sizing is Off, color is not what it looks like on the web and everything is so incredibly cheaply made. I immediately when on the their site to start a return and realizes that you can only return for store credit. I literally want to cry. read more

The money is made in the return process: Clothes are not as they appear: sizing is inconsistent. Return: 3 business days to approve (but still had to follow up on approval) I pay for shipping back... once they received (I sent email to confirm receipt). Took 2 days to respond confirming receipt and saying 10 business days for store credit to appear... So total return process = one month just for store credit to start the process again.. Would not buy from again. read more

Got a sweater as a gift - really cute. Wore once and arm came off at the seam. My grandma was able to sew it back together for me. Seems like they have really good marketing and sub par clothing. read more

I bought one sweater from here and get compliments on the style of it. However, it is SO CHEAPLY made and very bad quality fabric. I came to the reviews to see if this was a "fast fashion" type website (they make it seem like a cute brick and mortar store in Ohio) because the quality was so terrible. After researching it, I am still unsure on the answer to that. If you want to buy a cute but cheaply made item that will likely last one season (if even), then they do have cute things ... but beware that the quality is sub par. Like WAY sub par. read more

Believe the other reviews! Shein quality clothes for a high price. I wound up donating everything I ever ordered from here. Customer service is ZERO, they don't reply to emails. Clearly do not stand behind their products as they only offer store credit and not refunds for their cheaply made clothes. They are unapologetic about taking your money and keeping it for their junk. Don't waste your money!! read more

Buyer Beware they do not take any jewelry back even unopened. They do not say it under the products like most stores. You have to read the return policy. lol. Not good customer service either when dealing with them. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Horrible business model. I ordered a blouse based on measurements provided. The blouse was huge and was not the measurements stated. I had to pay additional to return and then they said they will send the replacement with shipping at no cost to me. How generous. Did they forget I already paid shipping twice? ( one to me and one to return) don't do me any favors. The scam is that if it's a store credit, you will either never use it or always have to pay a difference to use your whole credit. It's to ensure you always lose. How confident are you to "stand behind your products" when you don't allow customers to change their minds and provide full refunds? That is not the standard practice of a company with integrity. A hard PASS for me. read more

I purchased some items but had to return 3 things because they were too big. After following up several times, they basically told me I was lying and only returned 1 item and too bad for me. Really unprofessional customer service. read more

Buyer BEWARE!!! I wish negative stars were possible! I would NOT recommend purchasing from this boutique. Their items are overpriced and Extremely poor quality! When ordering online, know you DO don't have an option for a refund! This business model shows that they are aware of the poor quality they offer. If your clothing item does not fit you are ONLY able to do an exchange or store credit at a discount value...not what you actually paid for it. You are charged for the return shipping with an added cost of "route package procreation" that is forced on you to purchase. Then last but not least you are also charged again for shipping at exchange/purchase. You will be paying at least another $20 something for basically trying something on if you need to return it! I purchased 13 items which totaled 470.43 SIX I repeat SIX items did not fit, they had holes in them, or were ugly and misrepresented in the online picks. Let my major loss be your gain.
