It look a little used and could use some improvement especially some of the stores. It also lacks some stores you would expect in malls, and some of them are smaller than I am used to. I know for a fact that they have overcharged my insurance on many occasions. I've also been in the retail store in Lima and overheard the staff making rude comments about other clients. Sure sometimes when you shop there you can encounter some grumpy employees (what place doesn't have a few). Sometimes the ceiling is leaking and there are buckets you have to swerve around but oh well. Sometimes the lighting in there can kill my eyes but it's worth it for the prices! The dressing rooms aren't great but oh well. I also love that they offer free food every once in awhile for anyone who wants to take some.
