The typical assortment of Condor products, assorted gloves and a range of boot options. Overall not bad selection wise as the products include decent brands like Oakley, CRKT ect. But everything you see in the store can be found cheaper online. They do offer some cool things like a dog tag service and a nice selection of morale patches though. What really stands out is the customer service though. The employees are always very helpful with whatever you need and seem to be pretty knowledgeable about the products. The assistant manager Venessa stands out as one of the most friendly and personable and also greets me warmly and has small talk when I come in. Overall it's the type of place you shop at if your a new soldier who doesn't know much about high end equitment, your in a pinch and need an item now or you drop by on a whim to browse and small talk.

Someone kicked in a floor panel, needed a new radio with back up camera, while being serviced they broke the wall panel and that had to be ordered and replaced, while in their care someone was using the unit as the bedspread was all black and someone had exploded a soda in the fridge and we don't drink soda. After leaving it for 3 months we go to pick it up and nothing was done. Once they finally bothered to complete everything after the 3 months when we picked it up they stated it was ready but when we got there the hood was off, the dip stick was removed and left on the ground. The tech decided he was done for the day and that is how he left our RV. Absolute nightmare in their service department. Then once talking with a manager her apppeared minimally concerned and offered very little in a discount our compensation. Avoid them at all costs. Absolute horrific experience

We had our own raft, and while helmets are indeed optional, they say this is because they have never once had a head injury in 30 plus years of business. Their guides are paid better here than most other companies and they only have to go out on one trip a day, unlike most of the larger rafting companies. I for one prefer a well paid, energetic, and alert guide.

Everyone there genuinely loves what they are doing, and it shows! They were interested in not only you, but how your experience was. There customer service was exceptional (which can be hard to come by especially in larger rafting outfits). Our guide Curt and his buddy Ryan made the trip so fun, so exciting and informative. Curt was able to point out great points of interest along the river, talk about the water levels and how that affects the rapids - and the TWO ADDITIONAL RAPIDS they take you on are an absolute must! Other companies in town don't do that. If you want to experience AWESOME RAPIDS, support a LOCAL business with people who genuinely LOVE whitewater rafting - this is absolutely the place to go!
