When I finally got a hold of him he said he completely forgot about it. So... giving him the benefit of the doubt I scheduled another appointment for today Tuesday at 12:30. He called me at 12:40 saying that he was sorry but he had another customer that was stranded. If that was the case he would have called me earlier when he learned about it... not once he was already late. The most alarming thing is he sounded intoxicated and it's only 12:30 PM. I would not entrust this man with my time or safety. I am annoyed and angered by this mans lack of business sense.

purchased vehicle on the 8th this month. gillmans mechanic gave me their report. i also had a…read moremechanic i hired before purchase. theirs gave it a clean bill of health and brought me their report to give me to show everything checked out good. the mechanic i hired said it was well taken care of but would have some future issues with turbos and suspension. so today on the 14th i took it to independent shop and well. news wasnt good, turbos need replacing and suspension needs replacing. so the vehicle i paid 20k for also needs 24k in repairs. going rate after i called a couple other shops and price was in line with going rate. called general manager and with telling me it was as is and that i knew what was wring with it and bought it anyway. thought he might at least agree but put it back on shop just wanting to make money off me. i pretty much said F off and hung up.
