    Error from Stuck Plug

    BUYER BEWARE_ My wife and I purchased a 2025 Audi Q4 EV from Audi North Park in Selma, TX in March 2025 (VIn # WA1a5bfz0sp022589). Since the purchase, the service experience has been extremely disappointing. A few weeks ago, we experienced brief power outages due to severe weather in the San Antonio area. After the outage, my wife attempted to unplug the charger from the vehicle, but it was stuck and would not release. We contacted the dealership for assistance, but no one there could provide a solution. We then called Audi Roadside Assistance, and they were able to remove the plug--but once it was removed, the vehicle would not operate, and numerous error messages appeared on the dashboard. The car had to be towed to the dealership, and to our frustration, no loaner vehicle was available. We were without our vehicle for 7-10 days. Adding to the frustration, we were just informed that the issue is not covered under warranty and that we will need to file a claim through our insurance. We are extremely disappointed in both the lack of product knowledge from the dealership and the poor customer service throughout this ordeal. This is not the level of support we expected from Audi, especially after investing in a new EV. This is our first Audi from Audi North Park and our last purchase from this dealership.

    I was able to find and purchase a 2016 740i BMW with only 13K miles at Audi North Park. This gem of a vehicle had been pampered by its previous owner and it really shows. Victor, Jackie and Diego were all professional and extremely helpful with my car buying experience. I spent maybe three hours during the entire purchasing process. I highly recommend Audi North Park for anyone looking for a quality vehicle and professional service.

    I purchased a brand new car here on December 31st and was fortunate enough to work with Erick Solorio. Background: I emailed a bunch of Audi dealerships through True Car on Dec 30th and Erick got back to me super quickly. That night and next morning, he provided me with all of the information I needed via prompt emails and calls. The morning of the 31st, I quickly hopped in my car and headed over to test drive the vehicles he sent over to me via email. From the moment I walked through the door, Erick made me feel welcome and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was straightforward and trust-worthy. One of the things I appreciated most was his willingness to listen to my needs and preferences. He took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car and offered a number of great options that fit my budget, lifestyle, and (very VERY particular) preferences. He was also patient and never once tried to pressure me into making a decision that wasn't right for me. He made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, which is not something I can say about other car dealership experiences I've had in the past. The dealership was extremely well-kept and had excellent inventory as well! I drove away (happy as could be) in the PERFECT car for me. Hybrid, 2023, gorgeous exterior, interior, smooth drive, EVERYTHING!!! I would highly recommend Audi North Park and Erick Solorio to anyone in the market for a new car. They are truly top-notch and I am extremely satisfied with my new Audi. Erick, thank you for making this process so smooth and enjoyable!!

    They will keep your car for months.. yes months and keep blaming that they are waiting on parts.. I wish I never bought a car made by them.

They had 1 on stock so I figured why not take a look. I was put in touch with Jimmy who immediately sent his business card and said the car would be ready when we arrived. Upon arrival my husband and I looked at the vehicle. It has everything I could want but I wasn't in love with it. That being said we took some time to look around at other models which led us to finding the GLC300 that is pictured below. The model had so much and the exact interior/exterior I was looking for! Jimmy was so helpful in this process when it came to comparing the vehicles since we were first time buyers. We then sat down and worked some numbers since we had a trade in and came to a deal! It was a super smooth process and honestly the best car dealership experience I've ever had. We had some downtime in between paperwork which caused my husband to start looking around. He spotted the car below that's pictured and fell in love with it. Jimmy took note of his interest and finished working our deal. I told my husband to sleep on it and see where he was tomorrow on a decision. Well, 9am came and he was dead set on purchasing that car! My husband immediately texted Jimmy who then told us to come so we could begin working that trade/numbers. Never in my life have I purchased a brand new vehicle let alone a luxury one but we did it back to back without any issues from the dealership! Both deals were smooth and quick, Jimmy even had both cars cleaned and filled up for us. We now have a Mercedes connection for life and will be returning customers! My wife and I were deeply disappointed at the lack of accountability of the dealership. We came in on Saturday Jan 3rd to buy a GLB based on the deal we saw posted on their website. Only after test driving and moving to the next phases of the buying process were we informed the advertised 3 year servicing deal that got us in the door- was no longer being offered, even though it was still actively posted on the website. Then we were told if we don't buy the car today the price will go up $2000 tomorrow. These are both underhanded sales tactics that I would not expect from a dealership of this stature.

    Having a European car in the Texas Hill Country can be a challenge when it comes to getting it…read moreserviced. When that car is 18 years old, the challenge is even greater. I've taken my car here for a couple of issues, one was major and pretty straight forward, the second was even more time consuming because it was much less straightforward. The crew here worked with me to source the parts I needed at a price I could afford and stuck with the problems until they were resolved. Service like this does not come cheap however the value of getting it done right the first time with a shop that will back their work after you've paid for it makes it at least reasonable. These guys are direct and perhaps more unfiltered than you may find at other shops. They are also funny and passionate about getting your car back on the road working right. I highly recommend them to you.

They laid out a few options for me with or without using my insurance, and since I had a low deductible we ran it through the insurance. They were great with communicating with my adjuster and even communicated ahead of time that my return date would be 2 days later than originally anticipated, which I really appreciated. I dealt with Arthur and Belinda and they were both fantastic. I even had them do an oil change while it was there and they washed and vacuumed it before returning it! The extra detailing and care they put into the job was amazing and I'll definitely use them again. Thanks so much y'all!!!!

    VEHICLE: GMC Sierra AT4…read more Overall, happy enough... NOT SO GOOD: At check in, I presented the service writer a short list of things I wanted them to address. However, I was informed that I was scheduled in the 'Express Lane' for a 4-hour computer software update. It would be 5+ days before I could have someone look at the other items. When I scheduled the appointment I was told I could not wait for the upload, I had to leave the vehicle. Nothing ever mentioned about the 'Express Lane'. GOOD: I received a text message that the service was completed. The Service Manager(?) met me at the counter, explained they had looked at one of the items I asked about, and he provided a plan to address the rest. I appreciated a much better level of customer service.

I don't recall his name because I'm getting old. I'm needing to get a break job and GMC was the last place I had done it. They were the only place I've had it done. I remember the service agent previously saying that I had a lifetime warranty for the brake pads and all I would ever have to do is pay for the service. Again, I'm getting old so that's all I remember. Today, GMC very quickly said they don't do that and that I must've got the brakes from a parts store with that kind of warranty and I thought that was a little odd for the man to say that without looking at my information first. But that's what he said that I must've got him from "Advanced" (auto parts). So when he did look it up, he found out that I did get the brakes there five years ago. I don't do much driving. He said that it was only a one-year warranty for the parts. The last time GMC worked on my car it was for the differential. And they ended up paying for the $1000+ repairs after I drove my vehicle just a short time after their service. I really don't like GMC service except for simple oil changes and tire rotation. So I'll say that they're very consistent in their service and their repair work. I'll just stick with using them for oil changes.

    Dropped two stars…read more Took our blackwing in for a front emblem swap, part that we ordered directly from Cadillac did NOT fit. This part was ordered on 3 different occasions and the team was unable to provide a part with correct clips to mount. After they failed to put the new one on, the original was re-mounted. Upon returning home and under closer review, our emblem is damaged (looks like a screwdriver was used to try to pry the emblem off) and when confronted I received a lackluster answer "Could be a rock chip" yeah....no. Only returning to the service team because we get free oil changes for life but otherwise we will not be allowing the techs to touch our vehicle. $70k car....would think y'all would treat it with more respect.

    Purchased an Escalade from Valentine at the beginning of October, to start they treated my wife…read morelike a little girl when she tried to get some repairs done which we pointed out and were dismissed during purchase...then the bad suspension, then the sensors on the tires, then the turning off while driving, then the locking itself, then the leveling system, now the truck has locked itself to a certain speed limit while we are over 5hours away from home. No response from Valentine, no response from any manager. RUN AWAY!! There's plenty of dealerships around who aren't so horrible once you're done signing. They have no regard for their vehicles leaving you stranded while at important life events over 5hours away. "Call roadside" and when you call roadside all you get is "are you in a safe place? Because it'll be hourrrrsss before we can send anyone MAYBE". If you want a reliable vehicle DO NOT GO to Cavender Cadillac, DO NOT purchase from Valentine.....Get everything IN WRITING FOR THE "I owe you" because as Philip Rodriguez told my wife "everything with us is expensive and I can't do anything with it in writing" If ANY manager sees this PLS give us a call back...we've only been trying to reach you for DAYS You know who we are unless you've got plenty of other customers with useless cars sold by this place(which I'm pretty sure based off your other reviews)
