    Gino and Duncan

Only. Trust. Gino. When I was ready to purchase a mobility scooter, Gino told me, "Even if you end up purchasing somewhere else, call me and ask me questions before you buy." I spoke to Gino several times, getting all the low-down on all the different types. He only goes with Pride, and almost all Go-Go Scooters. He educated me on several different types, including higher end, lower-end, 3-wheel, 4-wheel, compact, foldable, higher weight capacity and lower. Gino is the man you want to do business with. If you are renting over and over again from him, he will even try to convince you to purchase - with himself making less money on the deal, because it makes better sense for YOU, the customer. Gino rents hundreds of mobility scooters to San Diego Comic Con every July. It was there that I ended up personally renting one of his scooters, but sadly, through a phishing site. "Cloud of Goods" steals Gino's business, and that site charged me (for instance) an extra $100, and I never realized it was a phishing site until I actually spoke to a human being, Gino. He's available to contact almost all the time, and met me as pre-planned, on a Sunday, as it was my birthday. We drove down to San Diego from Los Angeles because that's how much I could tell that he's the businessman you want to trust. By giving him enough lead-time (a few weeks), he found a like-new Go-Go Scooter out of his rental fleet, checked it out, shined it up, and took me through test-driving it around the parking lot (while I was giving his new puppy, Duncan, a ride), and how to break it down. He gave me the details of where to push, and how much of a "feather-touch" the assembly should be, so I don't force anything that shouldn't be forced. Also, if my word has any weight, know that I am "Button Lady" from San Diego Comic Con". Only. Trust. Gino! See link for video of my test-drive! https://www.facebook.com/suzanne.egg/posts/pfbid02NEMCTArkpzYu1LtNywyv8rMQwFSxySvLBR7JtqCS452Noygio8hPUumLmopeVES1l

Because I have mobility issues as the result of seven mostly botched knee surgeries, including Total Knee Replacements, I have difficulty walking. So on our recent trip to San Diego from Phoenix, my wife rented a scooter from MobilitySource. It was a smart move, and this company was wonderful! The scooter was delivered to our hotel, fully charged, at the promised time. It was in excellent condition and performed even better than expected. And the prices were reasonable...no price gouging of tourists! The scooter was also picked up at the scheduled time, too. I could not be happier with this company and it's wonderful, friendly owner, and I plan to use them on every San Diego trip. Steve Gottry

Being disabled, conferences like this can be daunting--but Gino made it easy and made it possible for me to fully participate.

So stick to the plan :) Sun is super strong on your arms and neck so be sure to wear sunblock! Usually traffic is very patient with scooters but coming back was something because big streets are used by people on a hurry hahaha. I mean one car was honking at us as if the cycle was going to be faster. Just kept our cool and let him go through. We were on vacation mood after all ;) My only concern was that I forgot to take pics of us in the scooter!! So take them before ;) haha and taking pics during the ride wasn't an option for me because you have to follow rules as if you were driving a car (just not go on freeways). So stopping for photos was just stressing. We decided to keep going as the clock was ticking and we had to get back the scooters.

Chris checked me in and assisted with the service, and he was outstanding--very knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly on top of his game. I came in for a rear tire repair, which they handled quickly and professionally. I also brought foot pegs to be installed, and after taking a look, Chris explained why they wouldn't work--they weren't compatible with the bike. I appreciated the honesty and explanation. I asked several general questions about the Talaria X3, which is the bike I had serviced, and he answered all of them thoroughly. He even helped me load the bike back into my SUV. I will definitely use them again for any future eBike service needs.

Well, when I stroll along any walk path, whether at Balboa Park or here in Ocean Beach's walk path, lots of people are on an e-bike and some have nearly run over me or my pup. So, as the saying goes, if you can't beat them, join them?! I walked in this shop just to look and see and get informed. My first question was what's the priciest e-bike here? Answer: the WEAPON with all the upgrades add ons will put a dent in your wallet $9,999 and you save $$$ if you get the basic for $6k. The WEAPON E-Bike, particularly known in the market as the SUPERHUMAN WEAPON, is a high-performance electric mountain bike designed for serious trail enthusiasts. Weighing approximately 55 lbs, the use of a CARBON FIBER FRAME enhances both strength and agility, allowing for a responsive riding experience. And almost all parts are a challenge to get if the part is out of stock since most suppliers are based in China, who is subject to US tariffs. E-bikes must be used on the street and NOT on walkways/pathways or you can get ticketed by police. Jared was very helpful and informative and I got to look around the shop. The shop was organized and turns out they are authorized dealers of many brands. The shop also sells more affordable $$ e-bikes and are customizable for size and features if upgrades. To conclude, I don't have FOMO and I'm still not convinced I need an e-bike but if I do get one, I would consider this shop because I got great customer service from Jared who was nice and cool. If you're interested in an e-bike this place might have what you're looking for. Recommend
