We had never driven or ridden on an e-bike before but that didn't matter because the owner goes over everything you need to know in great detail and shows you all the safety rules and driving tips. He even rides down to the beach with you to make sure you have a hang of it before letting you go out on your own. We rented for an hour and got to ride all around Oceanside. It was a fun and easy way to tour the city. The prices are good and you are actually able to buy as well as rent from them. Thank you guys for making our visit to Oceanside that much more memorable!

I have been very happy with the scooter. Yesterday it died abruptly, so I brought the scooter over to Mobility City to see what the problem was. First thing Peter did was to check the battery and yes, it was kaput. We were both a little surprised that it had not lasted longer; expected life, he said, is four to five years. But no excuses, no blame. He went in back and brought out a brand new battery at no charge. This is the kind of business person I like to deal with, and I think you will too.

Light weight, popping color, electric, no noise, easy to drive, easy to lease one, and on top, you have a GPS phone with speakers that will keep you telling about interesting points when you check in. Follow the rout of the colour your package is. Otherwise you will be lost in the city and will have to go around all the pin points :S And after some hours you will be very tired. So stick to the plan :) Sun is super strong on your arms and neck so be sure to wear sunblock! Usually traffic is very patient with scooters but coming back was something because big streets are used by people on a hurry hahaha. I mean one car was honking at us as if the cycle was going to be faster. Just kept our cool and let him go through. We were on vacation mood after all ;) My only concern was that I forgot to take pics of us in the scooter!! So take them before ;) haha and taking pics during the ride wasn't an option for me because you have to follow rules as if you were driving a car (just not go on freeways). My uncle is 250 lbs and with my help, we were able to transport and load/unload the scooter in the back of our rental truck as we went between La Jolla and Los Angeles. The scooter kept charge for a very long time. We used it for a minimum of 5 hours every day and the power level never left green. Uncle enjoyed putting the scooter in "rabbit mode" which helped him to keep pace as I speed walked. We are very pleased with the service we received and will definitely be using MobilitySource in San Diego for future visits!!

The Grab bars were installed in my two bathrooms and by the shower. Arturo was attentive to my husbands needs. He did an excellent job communicating and making sure the bars were placed in the right position to fit my husband's needs. He was friendly, polite, and professional.
