Just a quick note…read more..... I purchased a new car (my son's car was coming off lease so I decided to give him my old not-so-old car). This past week, he had a back-up camera (with a new radio included) installed in my old car and I had a dashcam installed in my new car.....all done at Zippos of course. As in the past, the installation work is total perfection (honestly the backup camera/radio in the Rogue looks like it should have always been there) and my dashcam in my new Jeep records front and interior/rear views w/ optional audio. Work was completed when PROMISED and as always, the prices are always very reasonable.

Dave the owner personally came to the house before the installation, and made sure the right chair was ordered. It was ordered and installed in a couple of weeks. They don't hire outside contractors to do the work. They are highly-trained professionals and employees of the company. The installer, Eddie, (who has worked with them for 8 years) did a great job installing the Stairlift! He was fast, knowledgeable, pleasant and totally thorough in installing and instructing how to use it. He even cleaned up thoroughly when he was finished! It was such a pleasure to do business with Dave (the owner), Corinne(the scheduler) and Eddie (the installer.) It's rare these days to be able to receive such wonderful service. Thank you so much!

When I returned the following Wednesday, I was surprised to learn that my tires had been sent back. The team apologized for the miscommunication and assured me they would reorder the tires and have them ready for installation today. I was understandably skeptical because of what had happened previously. To my surprise, not only were my tires there as promised, but they were installed quickly and efficiently. I even received a discount for the inconvenience. I want to recognize Edgar, Fernando, and Fernando (the mechanic) for their professionalism, excellent customer service, and sincere apology. They turned what started as a frustrating experience into a very positive one. I will definitely return for future services. Thank you all for the great job and for making things right!

She asked the right questions, listened to what I needed and wanted, and knew the inventory extremely well. She showed me several options and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I ultimately walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! I'm beyond pleased with the experience and absolutely love my new vehicle. I'm still excited about it today. A huge thank you to Katherine Ramos for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable.
