This company has literally been a godsend to me. From my first experience with Dan Marshall, my salesperson, to annual maintenance visits from James Walker, I have had nothing but great experience. I worked with Dan shortly before Covid in 2020 and had ordered an elevator for my two-story home on an island in the San Juans. I had no problem with mobility at that time, but we wanted to make sure that we were covered by whatever life could throw at us and boy it did... I broke my driving foot in February 2020 and had to go back to our California house which we had been planning to sell and move to the island. Then Covid hit and we were pretty much stuck in California. Dan and my project manager on island both worked hard to get the elevator installed in our absence. It was wonderful so that I could get up to both floors when we return to the island. Cancer and chemo hit a couple years later, and I have a lot of trouble walking. The only way we could have lived in that house was with the elevator. We've not had problems until a few months ago; we have only seen James every year for our maintenance visit and he's always been happy to make slight adjustments and recommendations on how to maximize use of the elevator. This month, we had problems with the door opening, and I was stuck inside for a little bit until my husband told me about the emergency key that is inside the elevator. Unfortunately, the key is not made for someone with neuropathy in their hands and dexterity problems so it was hard for me. We contacted the company and they sent James out to help. He came and identified a few issues and made some adjustments as well as showing us other options if we have the problem again. Hopefully, we won't have the problem again because of the adjustments he made, but I'm very comfortable with the outcome of this. He even changed out the batteries in the controller and checked out the remote controls and noted that one of them took a good amount of pressure which is difficult for me to do, so he is looking into new remote controls or other options. I can always count on James to answer the phone and give me advice and also for him to look for any other ways that make it easy for me to use the elevator. This has been one of the best purchases we've ever made. Customer service can be problematic at any company, but I hope they really appreciate James and what he does on their Frontline. That man deserves a raise (but don't promote him because I need him to be my service expert)! read more

Mobility Concepts - Elevator in "down" position. When in "up" position, you cannot see it at all because it disappears into the ceiling. - Elevator Services Near Me - Fife, Washington

Good when they show up, but getting through to them on the phone is an near possibility

Cody was amazing as he conducted troubleshooting steps on my daughter's vertical platform lift. He did not hesitate during the process and was patient with my questions. He kept his visit under an hour and he also brought batteries to swap out which were in dire need of changing. MCI works with medicaid enrolled individuals which is why this company was requested to repair our lift. I look foward to any future service we receive based on this service appointment. read more

Often, I find that we are all too quick to complain and condemn when things go wrong, but that when things go right, we are altogether too slow to acknowledge the goodness in the moment, or the remarkable service that we received from a truly caring and dedicated service professional. I am guilty of the latter, and would like to take this opportunity right now to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Dan Marshall of Mobility Concepts Inc. for his compassion and professionalism in helping me solve my mother's mobility issues. Dan was patient, knowledgeable, respectful of my time, and provided me with a variety of mobility options all within my budget. When I finally made the decision to move forward with a Bruno Stairlift, Dan ensured that everything from permitting to install was completely seamless. I could not have wished for a better experience. He was exceptional. I sincerely recommend Mobility Concepts Inc. if you, or a loved one have mobility issues that need to be addressed with care, compassion, and your budget in mind. Mobility Concepts Inc, will work with you to ensure that your experience is second to none, and if you are fortunate enough to work directly with Dan Marshall as I did, you will definitely understand why this is such an awesome company to do business with. I Just finished watching the install of the Bruno stair lift by team JJ, James and Jake. As a military aircraft maintenance officer with over 26 years experience, it was gratifying to watch them both work as skilled technicians. They were thorough, methodical, had all the right tools, and validated every step of the install to make sure everything worked properly. I have had many contractors work on various projects on our home, and James and Jake are by far the most seasoned, confident workers I have come across. It is so comforting to have a quality Bruno Stair Lift system installed properly! read more

We had them install a stair lift and they were great. They were always friendly and on time, and they stood behind their work: A couple of minor issues arose in the course of the first few months, and every time we told them about one they'd come right over and fix it for no charge. read more

We have spent well over $100,000 over the past 20 years with this company. As long as you're spending money, everything goes fine. If you need service or especially "customer service" then you are put at the end of the line. It started out as a good company, but now I believe they only care about making money. read more

We installed a pneumatic elevator many years before the state approved our model for residential use. When it stopped working after 11+ years, Mobility Concepts came to our rescue. They fixed it, updated features to make it compliant with current code, and provided staff with great know-how. Yesterday the state inspector signed off on it. They were fabulous to work with, and the cost was reasonable. read more

I contacted Mobility Concepts because they had Bruno stairlifts. They were the only place I contacted that offered to come to my parents home and meet with us! Dan Marshall was kind, patient and honest. Our parents who are in their 80's are so happy with the relief the stairlift is providing them. read more

Mobility Concepts sold and installed a stairstep lift in the stairway of our home. They did a fine job from sale to installation. James was particularly good demonstrating and showing us how to operate it. This is a very good group and is highly recommended! read more

We went for an exploratory expedition to look at stairlifts. Mobility Concepts has three types installed that you can actually use. The salesman was friendly, patient, and very informative. There was *zero* pressure. I would not hesitate a second to recommend them for a visit to see if their products are what you need. read more
