My car ac was broken about a year ago. Found this place randomly on Yelp close to home so decided…read moreto try it with my Camry. If you know Texas, you know life without ac is unbearable in the hot, humid Summer months. The price is reasonable. What made me decide on 5 stars is their friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to make things right. The first time I took the car back, ac wasn't working but for whatever reason, I thought it need some time to kick in so I waited a few days and realized it's seriously not working. He took it back to look at it. Fixed the problem, but it didn't work. So I had to drive back and drop it off. Third time, happened once more when I drove it all the way home. This time I'm annoyed because I couldn't understand why it wasn't working so I called them. He offered to come pick up my car at my house instead because there was way too many back and forth for something that cost me about a thousand. Turn out, it had something with the coolant. He fixed the problem and ac has been working. Fast forward to this year. I got quoted from Toyota to get sparks replace and some other items for maintenance but since my car is getting older, I don't feel like paying premium anymore on it. First thought came to mine was Precision Auto Center. I called to drop off my car to get a quote and of course he would remember my red Camry... Also, cause my ac wasn't as cold anymore (probably due to it being ten years old). He gave me a reasonable price within a reasonable time frame so I went ahead and did the work here. Plus he boosted the ac so it can be cold again. The owner drives a Tesla now so maybe he can dab into electric cars too. I trust him from my work car to my fun cars to my luxury cars. I noticed there's some classic cars on the lot so I wouldn't be surprise to see him at all different types of car meet & greets. He's definitely a car guy who is a trustworthy mechanic. By the way, confirmation on your new location! Anyone who read this, call them to make sure the address is correct so you don't drive to their old location (which is still only a few minutes away).

I brought my vehicle in for repairs, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. During…read morethe service, my rear window was damaged and left open. Instead of properly securing or covering the vehicle, it was left exposed outside, which allowed water to enter and cause additional damage--specifically to the radio amplifier. When I brought this to their attention, they declined to take responsibility for the issue. As a result, I'm now dealing with over $1,000 in additional repair costs on top of the $1,500 I already paid for their services. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this shop.

My car was in need of a paint repair and fixing the indention from a bad scratch…read more I called and emailed a lot of local repair shops for quotes, and the majority were about $700-900...at which point I'd rather not repair cosmetic damage. It was unfortunate that the scratch impacted two panels of the car, and most places charge by panels. Sunrise tentatively quoted me ~$300, and it was finalized at pick up for ~$400 since they had inputted the numbers into the computer. A bit of an unexpected price bump, but I thought it was within reason. It took them about 3 business days - they are closed on weekends. The impacted area looked as good as new when I came to pick up. I think they even did a quick clean of the car's interior and exterior and thoughtfully added a paper floor mat on the driver's seat.

I was offered a ride back to the house by a very kindhearted older gentleman who turned out to be the owner. Fast Forward - My Hummer was damaged by another driver and remembered the great service I had received on my previous visit so told my insurance company I was taking my vehicle to Collision Clinic for the repairs. I was greeted by the new owner John who is the son of the previous owner. We all know how that usually goes - but not in this case. The new owner John was every bit as hospitable and concerned with getting my vehicle fixed correctly and getting me back on the road as his father was. The kicker is I had dropped my rental policy when my wife was not working and forgot to add it back when she started working. Rental prices where high and felt like a nightmare trying to rent a car. After John learned of this he coordinated by drop-off time to a time he could arrange for a loaner car for me to use. Needless to say, but my Hummer looks great, better than before the accident, and I plan to take my Hummer in for some additional work. Thank you John (and amazing crew) for your awesome service!
