This person redirected me to supposedly someone from FCC to report that this scam artist detected fraud. I called that number and he asked for my social security number to post a fraud claim and if I didn't I could go to jail. I hung up but this process took an hour and a half. We were sent to this…read morestore by Verizon on Ft Eddie Rd in Concord because we were told they installed IPhone batteries and were an authorized IPhone service provider! NOT TRUE!!! They are NOT IPhone Batteries!! They are after market batteries. No where in there advertising or in the conversation prior to installation were we ever advised we were not getting an IPHONE BATTERY!! When we left, we asked for our receipt, and were told they keep it on file for us so if there is a problem, it is warranted and they will be able to pull out receipt and replace it. No where and at no time were we told that the old battery would be destroyed and at no time were we told there was no refund if it did not work!!! When we picked up the phone, we were advised it was fully charged and shouldn't need to be charged for 2-3 days!! It was as down to 36% in less than 10 hours! Next day went into store, went in, spoke to manager, who felt the need to cross his arms and be very difficult, like his employee that helped us the day before would "never" tell us that!! No refund! He could replace but would have to bring it back the next day!! We will NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE! Customer service does not include speaking down to your client like we are idiots and "of course it's after market"!!
