I went to a couple places in Woodgrove Mall to see if they could replace the battery, but unfortunately they could not accommodate such an old model of phone. A helpful techy recommended I try UBreakiFix on Rutherford Road. Eureka, the UBreakiFix staff member was super chill and told me they actually had the replacement battery I needed! Zach is great. I needed a very quick turnaround on a broken laptop. I went to Best Buy and they…read moresaid they would need to send it out and replace the motherboard and it would take 4 days minimum. They recommended I try Mobile Klinik. Zach checked out the laptop, identified the part, made sure there was no other damage. He said they would need to get the part in but could fix it without replacing the whole motherboard because they can micro-solder it. It would be a two-day turn-around and be cheaper. Because of the timeline I just had to borrow someone's laptop but Zach was very helpful and told me how to avoid the damage in the future. I will definitely start here if I need help in the future.

So all in all, I gave them a very nice iPad with a bad port and now I have a working port but a bad camera and a bad screen.
