You sort of brace yourself for the worst but boy was I wrong. These two fellows got to work right away and had me out of the old place in an hour less than I had estimated. They worked their tails off. They were both polite, well spoken and professional. What? Movers? Yes! Through all this horrible weather they never complained or stopped. They failed to take the time and care when moving a sideboard that was only 1 year old and in mint condition. They did not wrap this item and when carrying it into the house carried it from the top of the unit, not supporting the base. the top came off and then entire unit was in pieces on the ground. They advised " sorry, not covering this in insurance" and left the unit scattered on ground. When attempting to contact the manager Rebecca Stevenson, there was no reply to 3 emails. Very poor customer service and absolutely no liability to cover losses of consumer due to poor care and handling. I would never recommend this business.

They are polite and courteous, etc. The customer service up to the end of the removal was great. However, a few days later I discovered they had taken something they were not supposed to, a handmade wooden bathroom cabinet built by my wife's father. It was near the items to be removed, but I had indicated only to take items up to a certain point in the basement and leave the rest, The cabinet was for our renovation and we had been saving it for some years to finally use it. Needless to say my wife was pretty upset about it. I phoned the company back and they told me it was likely disposed of. They told me they would call back. I have not received such a call. I spoke with a very helpful customer service rep named Ali, but after booking with this company it went downhill from there. We were promised a two hour window that was to be from 10:30-12:30. We were also sent an email stating that we would be called between 10:15 and 10:30 to let us know when they would be arriving. This simply did not happen so I finally called at 12:15 to find out why no one had contacted us. The person I spoke with did not really have any answers for us so I asked him to please have a manager or someone who did know why we hadn't been contacted us to call us. I did receive a call from a manger named Kathy approximately 5 minutes later to tell us that not only would they not be arriving at the promised time but we would be lucky if they arrived at 2:30 at the earliest. She gave no explanation why we weren't called and offered a very insincere "I'm sorry". I told her that this service was unacceptable but she did not show any concern in the least. I also told her that I would be writing a review and once again she simply did not care. We were on a time restriction with the sale of our house and had hired Just junk for this very reason. Due to the fact that they made no attempt to assist us I would not recommend this company to anyone and will certainly not give them any future business.

Absolutely the worst business, over e-mail they had quoted that our yard waste removal (for…read moreblackberry branches, tree branches, and weeds stacked in a pile where they could back there truck beside the waste) would take 2 hours using two people at $85/hour. Upon arriving to our house and working on the pile for 1.5 hours "let's move it" Mike contacted us and said the 2 hours may turn into 3 hours (as we had been asked to be updated on timeline), we were ok with this, however, needless to say they took 4.5 hours without letting us know, and the job wasn't even completely finished as there was still removal to be done! Then "let's move it" stated to me that they would still need another 30 minutes to an hour to finish up when I told them it was ridiculous how an originally quoted job at 2 hours had turned into 4.5 with another 30 minutes to an hour longer left (equalling 5+ hours!) I told them I would not be paying them for 4.5 hours and another 30 minutes to an hour for the remainder of the waste removal, to which Mike acted very shocked stating this is the first time someone had asked him to keep the owners of the house updated if the job continued to take longer than he had quoted. These "2 workers" are extremely slow, and Mike tried to blame it on the blackberry branches, stating when the homeowner cannot dispose of the waste that the branches will grow and weave between the other yard waste over time, yet I informed him that my wife and I had just piled the waste on Sunday of this week and he removed it Tuesday of that same week! As a result of this terrible company we ended up paying for 4 hours of yard waste removal (they knocked off a pathetic 30 minutes off the bill), and still have yard waste remaining because we didn't want to pay for another hour from this unrespectable company. The day of the move, Mike showed up in a 3ton truck pulling a small trailer unit behind it with one other guy in the truck. When I asked him where the 5ton truck was, his response was curt saying that this was equivalent and that he was there to work. No mention was made of where the third person was, or if anyone else was coming. After speaking to my wife about it, I went to talk to him about re-booking the appointment for when he would have a proper 5ton available with another guy as we had agreed upon. I got out "Mike this isn't going to work..." before he cut me off by saying "Look, you're already getting on my nerves, my third guy is coming as we speak." What?!? This within 5min of meeting the guy, and this is how he talks to his paying customers. Needless to say, we told him we wouldn't be needing his services. Rude, disrespectful, and confrontational are the three adjectives I would use to describe this individual, and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
