Meet the Business Owner: Mark R.

Founder Mark Rozman was often sick because of a weakened immune system. He suffered constant colds, bronchitis, and pneumonia. During that time, Mark's mother, Natalie Rozman, understood that antibiotics would not help her son heal; she felt she needed alternative healing options. Natalie earned her undergraduate degree in mechanics and mathematics and worked as a researcher in the academy of sciences. She then completed her degree in nontraditional medicine (healing with herbs) and was trained in massage therapy. She also attended seven years of traditional medical school to acquire more theoretical knowledge in order to combine all disciplines to help her son heal and remain healthy. Now, 38-year-old Mark feels like new - he uses neither antibiotics nor other traditional medicine, he participates in sports and always includes Sauna sessions and massage. "I rarely get sick, thanks to my beloved Mom," says Mark.

Although it seems like a lot of money, I understand the reasons behind collecting a deposit (customers unexpectedly cancelling appointments, technician time to travel and diagnose issues, etc.). I paid the deposit and we confirmed the next available appointment was 3/20/25. On 3/14/25 I got an email (no phone call) telling me "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to complete your spa service on 3/20/25. Instead, we will be there 3/25/25". I was so frustrated and disappointed they had picked a new date without discussing it with me and that it was 5 days later. I discussed the issue with the service department, they apologized and said that was the earliest date. There was nothing more they could do. On 3/25/25, the day of my appointment, I get a voice message that said they needed to cancel the appointment and reschedule for 3/26/25. Because I have a fenced in yard with dogs I took the day off of work to be here. I'm beyond frustrated with NE Spas. Conveniently they took my money in less than 24hours but they have no problem rescheduling my appointments for 16 days. By the way their policy is no monetary refunds just store credit. So that's not even an option. I feel trapped because they have my money and left me no other option but to accept their dates.

I waited a week like they told me to for someone from delivery to contact me. Nothing. I called and left messages. No response. I finally called the sales team and they reached out to delivery. They left early on Friday and nobody was there. Called back on Monday, and I was not scheduled. I was told. I was told my delivery date would be on a certain date/time. That's not scheduling. I had no say in the delivery. I made arrangements. The week before someone finally contacted me from delivery to ask me questions, then quickly tried to get off the phone, like I didn't have questions of my own. I was given no delivery window. Just told I was "penciled in" for that day and time. So you're now expected to waste an entire day sitting around waiting for people to hopefully show up. Nobody returns emails, answers the phone, returns messages, or even answers their direct phone lines. The only people you will reach is sales. And the most frustrating part, the sales team can communicate with them freely. Just not customers. Not the service I was looking for when you spend $11k on something. It's not even here yet and I already have buyers remorse. We were looking to purchase a sauna for a different place, but we will be going somewhere else to do that.

We had this sauna for my back yard party, and I can tell you it was amazing. We had our party right inside the sauna bus. It has a nice looking relaxing room with TV, sound system and a little fridge for beer. On top of that they offer different kinds of steaming herbs to treat various diseases such as asthma and diabetes. I didn't have a chance to try them all but one that I had to get rid of my headache worked great. We had a lot of fun. My friends and I can't wait to get it again. read more

Hi everybody. I really recommend this place. You can call them and they'll bring their sauna right to your house, office or anywhere you want. The size of their bus is impressive. I had a blast with this sauna. On my friend's birthday party the sauna was there and It was amazing. In addition my friend have a lot of snow on the back yard, so everybody were warming up in the sauna bus and then jumping in to the snow banks. Also they have this ancient incense that we burn inside the sauna room. There were a different flavors of them. Nice and friendly atmosphere in there. read more

This bus is a vacation in your backyard. Perfect to take the stress away from everyday life. My family and I used them several times to relax and gather everybody together. It's totally worth the 80 bucks they charge for an hour of full body and platza massage. The sauna is very warm and there's a shower, and lounge room all in one bus.
