Paula works with a lot of pregnant woman, so her massage table can raise you to a seated or supine position. It will even elevate your legs or bring your knees up. Paula is an incredible therapist delivering deep tissue when needed or less pressure as appropriate. She also utilizes "cupping," a very different sensation as the muscles are pulled up by the suction cup instead pressed down by the hands. One of the best things is the eye masks she sometimes uses when she turns you on your back. She'll check first to see if you want it and if there are any scents that annoy you.
