You can tell by my profile that I don't review that many places, but generally only do when something stands out for being excellent or for being trash. Sandra's is most definitely the prior, so much so that I am now posting my second 5-star review of the place in order to call out my first visit with Debbie, who exceeded my already high expectations. I came in with a horribly knotted back and shoulders, along with a pinched neck nerve. Debbie used a combination of deep techniques to smooth things out, including some Thai massage stretches that were a great treat. She was careful to check in on pressure and make sure I was comfortable throughout the 90 minutes. I have to say it's the best massage I've had in quite some time and I will be going back soon for another. Every therapist I've had here has been top-notch: Belinda, Amy, Megan, Mason and now Debbie. Keep it up, Sandra and team! read more

I have been receiving service from this place for many years and I would not change it. In the last 2 or 3 years I have been going weekly for a massage and it has been the best decision I have made...I am rejuvenated. Belinda is the therapist who provides me with the service and she is wonderful. Attentive, respectful, professional and very knowledgeable. They are the best without a doubt. read more

I have been a client of Sandra's for many years, receiving services from several therapists Including Sandra and recently Amy (thank you, Amy!) All have been excellent. The rooms are comforting, the audio is soothing, the hot towel as the finale - what a special treat! The location is stress-free and online scheduling is a breeze - with very welcomed reminders. I highly recommend. read more

Sandra at Sandra's Massage Therapy is amazing! For years, Sandra has been working out all of the tension and anxiety my body feels! Appointments are easy to make, location and parking is convenient, and Sandra's massage studio is lovely! Thanks Sandra! read more

I've been seeing Yari for different facial services for a while now, and she is incredible! She created a "bridal program" for my skin to make sure I'm glowing on my big day! She is so knowledgeable about everything, and obviously cares about her clients. Yari is so kind, and always makes sure you feel comfortable. My skin is so healthy now because of Yari! I recommend her 100/10! Additionally, the rooms and lobby are peaceful and clean, and the products used contain clean ingredients, which makes a big difference. I have told all my friends about this place! read more

Very good business place. Clean and quiet atmosphere, nice people. A big plus is the senior massage therapy rates! Location near the Norwood airport with benches and good views. read more

I had the pleasure of my first time being a wonderful experience receiving a Prenatal massage and so cost affordable at this place. My masseuse was Shynia and she was very accommodating to my needs, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful which being right by an airport you wouldn't think that way. Would definitely come back here! read more

Booked a last minute massage with Sandra and it was so perfect. Exactly what I was looking for after a stressful week. The place was clean and relaxing and Sandra was so sweet. My one complaint was that I didn't book myself a 90 minute massage ;) Will return! read more

I had a deep tissues massage this morning with Belinda and it was the BEST massage ever! She is very professional, found all my tight spots and worked on it. Would highly recommend to see Belinda! I already scheduled my next massage with her!:) read more

Seriously, if you are reading this, you are either just browsing Yelp (which is perfectly OK) or you are in dire need of a massage. If you need the massage, PROMISE me that as soon as you are finished reading this, you will book an appointment with Sandra, OK? Really, I mean it. Actually, if you are just browsing, you should probably just book an appointment as well. Based on Yelp reviews, I booked online last night (yes, ONLINE on a SUNDAY night) and got an appointment this morning! Booking was quick and painless, unlike how my back and shoulder were feeling. She is on the second floor of a small building in downtown Norwood, plenty of parking in a (free) town lot right behind the building, and she is not only nice, but don't let her petite frame deceive you: her hands will take care of you!! An hour later, I felt so much better. Happier. I will sleep well tonight for probably the first time in a month. ALSO, her prices (all on the website, which you will be clicking on in 30 seconds) cannot be beat, and she does NOT accept tips. Of course, like all good Yelpers, you can thank her by referring your friends :) So...... you're going to book now, right? Weekend appointments too! Woo Hoo..... read more

Excellent first experience! Megan (with some seriously strong thumbs!) was very friendly and accommodating. I came in with shoulder pain (old football injury is what I'm supposed to say) and she focused on that area for several minutes. I could've laid on that table for years and come out looking like Gandolf. (Wait, my 2-year-old daughter is now 17? No, I won't buy you a car!) The place is a bit hidden and hard to find, so give yourself an extra couple minutes upon arrival. It's in the back of a brick building and surrounded by business parks. read more

Found this place online after some deep searching because I'm in town for a short stint related to work. Wow, I'm glad I found it! Had Mason as my massage therapist. He was very kind and welcoming. If you appreciate pressure, he is your guy. My body feels a lot more at ease, and he took so many knots out. I feel refreshed! read more

Rebecca was great, she was ready for me when I arrived and helped me feel so relaxed & comfortable throughout my entire visit!

had a Swedish massage by Sandra and am very pleased with the results, time went by nice and easy and i was very comfortable. I will certainly return for an other great massage, I would highly recommend Sandras Massage read more

I have now been to see Sandra twice, both for a deep tissue massage and I can't say enough good things about it!! Between how clean everything was, how nice she was and how both times she has given me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had I won't be going to anyone else for my future ones. I have been working on losing weight and working out in the gym a lot and I have to say after the massage I had yesterday, this is the first day in a while I have not been sore! She really works all the knots out and she is receptive and asks if there are any areas to concentrate on or avoid. I was amazed though that she does not accept tips - with how great her service was I so wanted to give her a tip and when she wouldn't accept it I knew I had to go out of my way to tip her by letting the world know how amazing she is!! read more

I found this place through yelp and the good reviews made me book an hour long Swedish massage.. Boy did i regret it! I wish I had taken the 90 minute one cos it felt so great!!! Sandra is an amazing masseuse and I have already booked my next appointment with her.. Only thing I don't like is the wait time to get an appointment with her ;) Getting her on phone is a difficult task, I would recommend booking on her website which is super easy.. Oh did I mention the prices are affordable ($50 since it was my first time else it's $60) and she doesn't accept tips! Highly recommend this place for a refreshing massage! read more

I swear she sprouted an extra set of hands while working out every single nook n cranny out of my back n butt! Sandra is very professional and meticulous. I truly cannot explain how amazing I feel right now. The booking on line is such a genius invention with the email reminders! Love it! I'll be back often Thank you so much Sandra! read more

I am so so so glad I found Sandra - not only is she close to my house, she is an amazing massage therapist as well as affordable. I used to drive an hour to go to another massage therapist because she just knew what she was doing. When I found out she finished school in another career and no longer doing massage therapy, I was off to find another therapist. My goal was to find someone affordable, can do deep tissue, and most importantly, not an hour away. I researched Massage Envy, but didn't want to deal with the "membership" stuff. There are several other massage therapy places and spas around but they are on the higher price side. After reading a few Yelp reviews, I decided to give Sandra a try. Afterall, it is located in downtown Norwood, only a few minutes drive with plenty of parking. Sandra has a $45 massage offer for new clients. I took advantage of this and got a deep tissue/sports massage. I was thinking - this does not suck. Even though she is petite, she is strong! My back is all messed up from my younger years and she knew just where my knots are and got a lot of them out in just one session. The most recent session I went in with sciatic nerve pain, and she was able to find the area that was painful and stretched it for me. She even taught me some excercises to do at home to ease the pain. I have been to see Sandra for 4 times now, and I look forward to each session. Booking is super easy - she has a fantastic website with a list of services as well as monthly specials and online schedule. She does not accept gratuity, which I find rare nowadays in the service industry. My back and I cannot thank Sandra enough for her therapuetic touch. read more

Sandra is amazing! I've been to her 3x now and my back feels so much better. I went to her originally because of the great reviews on Yelp and because her prices are so low - I really feel guilty about paying too little. And she doesn't allow you to tip! I've been going weekly and I'm loving it. I told my chiropractor in Dedham & she wants me to get some of Sandra's cards so she can tell her clients. Sandra works out my knots so effectively - on my upper back, as well as my upper legs & butt. Truly a treasure! read more

Just wanted to write a quick update - been going here for over a year now and am still so impressed with both pricing, scheduling, and massage therapists. Got out of a session with Wannipha this morning and am feeling incredibly relaxed. As a recently returned runner, I have been experiencing serious tightness in my lower limbs, leading to pain, particularly in my knees. No worries for Wannipha - she was able to get all of the knots in my legs stretched out and I haven't felt this good in a very long time. Would highly recommend. read more

I had my first massage at Sandra's this week. My session was with Amy and it was the best massage I have ever had! It is so simple to book online, the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, prices are very reasonable and Amy relieved stress I had been carrying in my back for months. Can't wait to go back. read more

TL/DR: The prices here are unbelievable for the level of service you receive- I highly recommend this spot to anybody in the area. Heather was amazing but books up quickly on the weekends, so schedule your appointment with her in advance! Was in desperate need of a massage to relieve some painful knots and tension- Heather to the rescue! She had the uncanny ability to locate the sore spots and apply just the right amount of pressure without any of the pain that I've normally experienced with deep tissue massages. I walked away feeling better than I have in months! I immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment for a 90 minute session and will probably become a regular! read more

I had an appointment with Jillian so long ago , I cant believe I forgot to review!! She was amazing, very open, relaxed, and talented. Stress melted away! I cant wait to be back! read more

My massage therapist never showed up. Another girl left me there alone. I waited 20 minutes then left. They emailed me the confirmation a day prior. Someone should have contacted me stating they had to reschedule. I rearranged my work day and was so looking forward to it and was so disappointed. read more

Amazing!!! I got a Swedish Massage from Sandra and I can't say enough about how wonderful and thorough the massage was. will be recommending to my friends and i will be back. read more

I arrived around 20 minutes early and was politely greeted by name and offered something to drink. After filling out paperwork I was shown to the room. I was asked questions about pressure and temperature of the table. Everything was very accommodating. During I asked for more pressure to be applied, it was and I was checked with a couple times to make sure I was comfortable. Overall a great experience and I can't wait to return. Thank you Megan! read more

My appointment 1 hour session with Jillian today went great. She did an awesome job! My shoulder feels so much better. I'm so glad I found you! read more

Amazing! Sandra is unreal. It's a very tough thing for any massage therapist to adjust to each clients trouble spots, preferred level of intensity, etc on a first massage. Sandra was the best first massage I've ever had. The pressure was perfect for me and she worked on what I needed done (sore back and right upper shoulders) without it hurting. Very affordable and reasonable. Rooms are neat and materials they use on you are nice. But it's a small operation and not a huge fancy spa. But so much better! read more

I found this place through Yelp and it got such good reviews and had such fair prices I bought a massage as a gift for my wife. She has since returned on her own and hopes to go one a month. So as you can see, its held up to the ratings. A great find. read more

Absolutely amazing. I haven't been that relaxed in a long time. I saw Belinda, and she is magic

My experience with massages has not always been the best. Sandra took my concerns and reversed them. Her hands are magic and prices are great. Thank you for your service, Sandra. Definitely recommended. read more

Sandra's massage is wonderful! I have experienced various masseuses over the years and Sandra is the best. Each session begins with her asking how I am feeling and if I have any pain issues. She is professional and provides a great massage. I had a 90 minute for the first time today and I think that is the way to go. Sandra, thank you for helping keep this maturing body limber. read more

Even with 5 stars it's still under rated. Incredibly affordable and relaxing. Really great service.

Been here twice and it is time to review. What a great find! I have had Jillian and Sandra and have loved both experiences, I am now treating myself to one massage a month at this location. I am so happy I found them through some Yelp browsing. I had never had a massage before and thought why not give it a try and these women have convinced me that I have been missing this all my life. The location is clean, comfy, quiet and relaxing. Jillian and Sandra are attentive and the service is pristine. The prices are super fair and they often run promotions and have coupons. This place is a treasure in Norwood and I am so happy that I have found it! read more

I've been here twice now and have seen Jillian both times. She's amazing and why I came back the second time and am officially hooked. I now book my next appointment a few weeks out because I always feel so good when I leave and it's something I need to schedule and make time for, otherwise I go way too long. She's very friendly, knowledgeably, and listens to your needs. Can't speak for the other therapists here but Jillian rocks and I now look forward to my recurring visits with her. Their prices are very reasonable too. You can schedule online which makes it super easy to see who is available and when. The email reminders are super helpful too. And they do monthly coupons. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her. Pretty sure they offer a discount for first time visitors too. read more

Great deep tissue massage by Amy! She got out knots I didn't know I had and I've never felt more relaxed after a massage. I plan to return.

This place is amazing! I hate giving 5 stars because more people may go! The online booking is huge and Marcia was incredible. I will be back! read more

Sandra is one of the best masseuses I've ever had. She is so nice, the environment of her place is wonderful, and the massage is heavenly. She doesn't try to talk your ear off during the massage but she made me feel very comfortable with speaking up if I need the heat turned down on the table, etc. during the massage. It's tough to get an appointment that works for me because I work a M-F 9-5 job, but they are so good that I've taken a day off work before just to get a massage. She is that good. Love her!! read more
