If I wasn't in so much pain I would have never gone back. Once in the room, you are covered only with a towel, which was damp and no heat on the table. I told the person where the issues where and she just did her thing. I left with the same pain. I have been seeing message therapists for years. One for 25 years now my new one for 3 years. They both have a table with sheets, blanket and the table is heated. If this was not enough, when I gave her a 20% tip, she asked for more. Obviously they don't want repeat business and why I was able to get in the same day I called. Don't waste your time or money.

Just meeting her one time, I could feel her gentle and kind spirit radiate through her. I genuinely feel like she massaged a whole years worth of stress out of me. I'm actually relaxed, and that is RARE for me. The ladies doing my nails were very nice. Never had to wait past my appointment time but felt rushed to pick out a color. The girl literally stood over me as I was looking through the dip colors (didn't get her name). Won't return due to the waxing experience. UPDATE-adding a star since when I called about my burnt eyebrows, Cindy was apologetic and gave me a refund. They did the right thing but owww I was in pain for days.

Do NOT get waxed here. Cindy burnt me during eyebrow wax.

I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in for a gel manicure, it was 2 hours before…read moreclosing. They said "yes, come in" and I said I would be there in about 10-15 minutes. 8 minutes later, they called me asking where I was. This has never happened to me before so I was a little taken aback. I told them I was still on my way and I would be there shortly. I arrived a few minutes later and was directed to a nail table with Gloria. There was one other customer and 2 other employees there. Gloria didn't make eye contact with me and didn't speak to me the entire time. My manicure was very aggressive and rushed. The hand massage lasted all of 10 seconds per hand and she did a terrible job, clearly not enjoying herself at all. The color of the polish didn't at all match the color of the bottle (#408 OPI Dance Party Teal Dawn). I wanted a blue teal color and it is much more Kermit the Frog green. Each one of my nails is a different shape and length. The UV hand lamp was totally crusty with old sparkle nail polish and an unknown sticky substance. I paid $35 plus $10 tip. 4 days after getting this manicure, the polish is peeling and cracking. Really terrible quality. I wouldn't give this place another shot based on this singular experience.
