He ordered the replacement in advance and then did his usual magical work, no mess, no fuss and they were gone in a flash. In both instances, Pink responded promptly, analyzed the issue and fixed it. Pricing was very reasonable and the plumbers were especially friendly. The first call was handled by Adam and the second by Lou and Anthony (in training). My impressions of Pink are very positive and I love that they align themselves with the breast cancer movement.

What sets them apart is their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer education. Rather than simply fixing the issue and moving on, they always take the time to explain what they're doing, answer our questions, and provide helpful recommendations for extending the life of our plumbing systems and fixtures. Most recently, Lou and Anthony spent an entire day at our home tackling a long list of plumbing projects. Their work was thorough, efficient, and completed to a very high standard. Despite the large scope of the job, everything was finished in a timely manner, looked great, and functioned perfectly. Just as importantly, they treated our home with respect. Before leaving, they made sure everything was clean and tidy, leaving no trace of the extensive work they had completed throughout the day. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers this level of service year after year. We highly recommend them and are grateful to have a plumbing team we can trust whenever the need arises.

While I was waiting for permission to open the walls I called for a second opinion and that plumber fixed it within 20 minutes without opening anything by turning down the cold water valve and adjusting the limiter/cartridge - so Pink Plumbing & Sewer is either ignorant or intentionally trying to charge for a bigger job

Because it seemed a fair price, I didn't quibble, but I got the impression that I might have been able to get the price lower if I'd asked. They did exactly what they were contracted to do, and gave the best warranty on their work. Professional and courteous when dealing with them. The ONLY thing I might critique them on was their scheduling of appointments, which was a little vague on what time I could expect someone to arrive, but not enough to deduct stars.

Beware! Appears that this "locally owned company" was purchased by a private equity group (Flint…read moreGroup is the platform company with General Atlantic being the private equity firm). We ultimately paid way too much for a basic 50 gallon hot water heater swap (bundled price of almost $3000). I was out of town and my wife was busy with work when this happened. We had used Bumble Bee Plumbing in the past and trusted them. That trust has been broken and will never return. My wife left a Google review. There was a response posted as "response from the owner" which left a phone number of 602-813-0298 to call so we could speak with their "manager" to address our concerns. I tried to call that number twice...it's been disconnected! Do your research, get multiple bids and verify that the company you are calling is truly LOCALLY OWNED and has not been rolled up under some private equity structure. We have all seen countless stories about how private equity could care less about the customer and how they leave a trail of destruction and debt in the end. It's largely about profits, margins and EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). This is the valuation metric that's referenced (with a multiple applied) when they sell. In most cases, that's ultimately ALL PRIVATE EQUITY FIRMS CARE ABOUT! It's a sad yet not surprising story on the fleecing of America! All I can say about Bumble Bee Plumbing is my experience was very different this time and it appears that since my last time using them, private equity has gotten involved. I'll let you draw your own conclusions! Would love to see a customer advocacy/awareness story on one of the local news affiliates about how private equity has consolidated so many previously locally owned trade businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical). This might be a good starting point for that type of story.

My water pressure was checked at 100 psi, which Tom told me was extremely high. We discussed having a water pressure regulator installed for $600. Tom fixed that problem and checked my water pressure with a new water pressure gauge, and this time, my water pressure was at 70 psi. Tom was sincere and told me I didn't need the regulator installed. He could've told me it was still high and that he would have to install a regulator, and instead, he lost money but saved me money! I highly recommend Flush King for all your plumbing needs!
