Telling you to put in your information, insurance, etc and take a seat. If this is your first time here it can be confusing. Especially if you don't follow directions. I looked around. Read the kiosk, entered my info and waited. I actually was called within minutes of checking in. So I assume I came at a good time. It was around 1pm. She called me back. Confirmed the info that I entered. I had my referral in hand of the blood work needed. She took the referral, Confirmed my labels with me before drawing my blood and guess what. She got it right on the first stick. Now that's always a plus in my book. Next thing I was on my merry way. Wouldn't hesitate to return if needed. Overall 4.5 stars.

She got snippy with me, gets up, goes over to get the sample container, sticks it in a bag with a piece of paper and rattles off instructions how to do the test. Now this was after I was charged for the test. I got home call my doctors office and they confirm that it was for bloodwork it was not for a sputum test. This was the worse experience I have ever had at a lab corp. The only staff member there is…read moreunprofessional to say the least. She was using foul language, left to go get a soda and wasted so much time just sitting around singing. After waiting patiently for an hour, my turn came. She looked at my orders and said it was too much to input and she would take the person that just walked in before me. I inquired how long it would be because another employee was not present. I informed her I had been waiting for over an hour and had an MRI in 30 minutes. She said she thought I had one or two test but now it would take her forever to input so too bad. This was a fasting test. If she was not going to take walk in patients then she should have told me. Another walk in client came in and she was wonderful to him. She told him it would be about 20-25 minutes before you got to him. The math does not add up. She was just plain lazy and incompetent. I left had my MRI and while still fasting went to your competitor Quest labs. They were amazing. They treated me with respect and professionalism. The staff was clean and the facilities were well maintained and organized. I'm requesting an immediate call about the situation. The staff needs to be reprimanded and replaced.

I never thought I would be rating a place to get bloodwork and urine analysis but, this place seems…read moreawesome to me. It is located in the back area of the Safeway store and is private and comfortable. I personally have never had to wait. I will say their automated check in is a little cumbersome but not bad. The excellent rating is because the woman doing my bloodwork was professional and fast. Also, it did not hurt - not at all! And their method for a urine sample is excellent. You have a container in the toilet to pee into and you pour it into the little cup. No holding that cup and trying to pee into it. I hope their analysis is as excellent as their sample taking is.
