They are located in a medical building near St. Agnes Hospital and it's also close to where I live. They have a large outdoor parking lot adjacent to the building, so it has never been an issue finding a space. They have social distancing measures in place once you enter the suite (chairs spaced apart, hand sanitizer) . I was called to the back where my paperwork was processed, I paid my co-pay, and made my way to one of the exam rooms to wait for the phlebotomist. The effort was painless and the staff were pleasant. All in all, a decent place to go for my annual labwork.

This place really saved me the first time because I had an appointment at Sameday Health to get a pre-departure PCR but they closed without prior notice so I was left scrambling for something else so I could get on my flight the next day. Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. The facility was packed but people were being called back steadily. I waited quite a bit but I was able to get in before my appointment time. There is ample parking and the prominent signage makes it easy to find. The gentleman at the front desk was personable and once I was called, the appointment was completed quickly. I highly recommend making an appointment and please take note the drug testing does not start until 10 AM and ends at 2 PM at this particular location.

The blood tech fumbled through putting in the orders constantly saying "why didn't that work?" She did do a great job drawing my blood though. It been 4 days and still no results. I get blood taken at the doctor's office and get the results the same or next day. My doctor office is farther away but I will make that drive before using the Maiden Choice Quest. I'm waiting for cancer bloodwork results and this sucks not to know.
