The ladies who took care of me were so nice and gentle! If you had bad experiences in the past, I recommend this location.

I had my blood drawn by an absolutely amazing technician! I have a really bad phobia of needles so normally I become faint and dizzy while my blood is being drawn. Fortunately my technician knew exactly what to do to keep me from fainting and was very kind and understanding. She made sure I was good to go before I left her care. 100/5 stars!! I made a same day appointment for this location. I was in and out in probably 10 minutes or less. The service was fantastic! I'm not sure if their A/C wasn't working or if the employees like it hot in there, but the temperature was unbearable. Thank goodness they were so fast! read more

They have a very poor service. I had my blood drown there recently. After that I had a few centimeter blister on my hand. Few days latter I visited my doctor and nurse was shocked seeing this. Next time I needed covid-19 test. I booked appointment on-line. After arriving at this location I was informed that booking appointment is not enough, I need to order a test on-line (????). When I got back home and check their webpage, there is. nothing there about ordering test. Well, definitely it was a last time when I visited lab quest, at least at this location. read more

Normally visiting for bloodwork can be a long process of waiting! However, not at this location! I made an appointment Sunday evening and arrived Monday morning and waited less than 2 minutes. Wow, super fast for blood work. I was in and out in 10 minutes! The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and bright. My sample was sent to their lab that afternoon and the results were forwarded to my Doctor that evening or the next morning. I received the results from my Doctor on Saturday, the day after the collection date! Talk about fast! For quick in and out friendly service, I highly recommend this place. read more

This is my second visit to Quest, and wow! Service, speed, and a kind gentleness you want from someone sticking you with a needle. I didn't even have to sit down and wait. The office is so organized, and Hope was just so personable. I was in and out before my appointment time, which is unheard of. Given the scales and needle pokes, this place is really enjoyable. I was really impressed with the speed, professionalism, and kindness of the staff. The manager definitely knows her stuff a, and it was really nice to see her take extra time with elderly patients. I had an exceptionally great experience this morning at this Quest location. The front desk person was so kind, efficient and patient (upon seeing I brought in the wrong slip, she calmly contacted my primary doc and got it faxed over). And then I was taken back to a soft cushy chair for the blood draw. Two great ladies who took care of a routine appointment for me but did it with such skill and efficiency that it brought a great start to my otherwise worrisome day. Thank you ladies! This has been the go-to lab for myself and my family but after my experience yesterday I cannot recommend this location to anyone. I had a scheduled appointment for 7am, the building did not even unlock its doors until 7am and by then there was a group of us including the employees waiting to get in. After 15-20 minutes of waiting, I was called back after some people with later appointment times. None of this really bothered me until the phlebotomist hurried into the room, did not take the time to check which arm may have the easier vein access and proceeded to jab straight through my basilic vein. It was so painful I knew she went through the vein. I soon developed a large hematoma at the site which is well over 3 inches in diameter. I wish I could upload a photo to deter anyone from going here. I was very hydrated, drinking 50oz of water the night before, additional 16 through the night, and another 16 before I arrived. The technician just didn't care to take the time to do her job correctly, I have never had anyone so negligent try to take a blood sample. There are plenty of other labs and locations-go someplace else unless you want to be butchered. read more

This is what I like to call my little hidden gem. Whenever I need bloodwork done I come here. There used to be someone here starting at 6a, but I believe she has since retired. It was awesome because I could run in and out before work. Now I believe they open at 7a, not as quick as before, because it is more known now, but it still does the job. read more

It's a shame Quest has a monopoly on lab testing in the DMV. I've been using them for years at the recommendation of my doctors but as of late the service has fallen way below any reasonable mark of expectation. My labs were drawn on the 14th of Jan and upon arrival at my doctors appointment on the 19th my doctor was unable to retrieve my labs; not from the Care 360 Quest System nor via the physicians direct phone line. So the doctors appointment was a waste of time and copay. The next day I went back to the lab and was told to call the 1800 number and found myself in a quagmire of automated phone systems that referred me to use an APP or "myquest" [I have access to neither]. After selecting the physicians help line I had the displeasure to speak with Demetrious who was defensive, surly and quick to blame my doctors office staff for not "calling in" for my labs when in fact they did [several times] I was then directed to a customer complaint line to leave a recorded message. This after Demetrious said he had once again "sent the lab report" to my doctors office. Here I am Monday morning and my doctors office has not received the lab report and when they called Quest for the report they were once again unable to get it. The one common theme with every quest representative I spoke with [Peggy and Crystal too] is they're quick to blame everyone else; they absolutely refuse to take any responsibility for their part, even misspelling my name AFTER I carefully spelled it Peggy blamed language/communication for adding an a to my name when it's spelled with two e's (common mistake) and possibly the mistake here but they'll never own it and that's unfortunate especially since Quest has the lions share of lab testing business in the DMV; they need to be more available to their patrons (via phone, email) and they need to take responsibility for errors when they make them.
